There is no confusion there. if ur debit card is still working, it is by chance. If u search on aliexpress, u'll see that they no longer accept debit card.

maxibrainz: I successfully made payment on saturday for my order on Aliexpress with my GTB naira master card and i didnot apply for token before using my card, one of my friends tried to pay for his order on monday using his GTB naira master card but it was not successful the msg he got was that the bank declined the payment but he applied and activated his token before using the card his money got stock as it was not in his account and after series of calls and email sending his money was returned aproximately the next 30hrs, another of my friend who didnot apply for token Today he tried using his GTB naira master card to make payment for his order but it was not successful now his 23k is stock and he has called GTB customer care and sent the neccessary emails he was told to send so he is still waiting for a refund of his 23k can someone tell me what the cause of this problems and what steps should one take to avoid all this problems

Maxi, you remember I complained about same issues. It is not token problem cause I have one but it is like aliexpress is no longer accepting debit cards, I saw that on their site, you were lucky to succeed on friday. If your friend's cash is on hold, he'll only need to send the decline note (screenshot) to gtbank and it will be resolved less you will need to wait for 30days to have ur cash back. Enjoy

My dear, U need to talk with the seller to confirm the specification before risking ur image in ur potential market. Most of the cheap ones may not have Long Battery Life, Good Sound system or DVD but U can discuss with the seller for some modification with little extra cost. Wish U well.
