I owned Honda Civic 2008 and a corrola drivetrain based Pontiac vibe ... This is how I would summarizes my experience

Corolla: a car u pay higher amount for just so you can enjoy it easy to abuse benefits (20w50 oil, China parts, late oil change etc), an illusion of the best fuel economy and to please your neighbors would belive you made the best car purchase
decision, while compromising on other qualities, that makes a complete car.

Civic: a car with better fuel efficiency , almost as durable as corrola if you stick to manufacturers maintainace and fluid, 30% cheaper {I saved 300k on my civic compare to corolla up till now I for never used the money repair the car or buy fuel finish }, no leg pull {many people think it uses the same double wishbone suspension like accords} and better handling, colder ac, fancier interior

Awon speed demons I dey love una thread I swear grin

I no this might sound silly but I was once driven in a manual V6 Honda EOD from Lagos to Benin .. Omo dem no born any car well wey pass us for road... That cheap piece of metal though not as expensive as ops car or others here but na munini grin

I saw the magic of an EOD V6 that is manually controlled, being able to control the gear can be a game changer when racing on a free way, especially with a bad ass driver behind the wheel who understands that particular car... Harmony and glorious.

So op when niggas with less expensive or slightly less hp car tell you dey will tell take you to school...dont doubt them oh grin

It is now sold from 2500(bulk price) or N3000 and above(retail)
Yes it does live data, as seen below, but mind you, viewing live data is one thing, being able to interpret it and use it for diagnostic is another thing. Pay a pro

2500Naira? shocked But that type will just display error codes. I need the one that shows (reads) the fault and clear error codes too.

I just saw this one https://hawkhives.com/obd-scanner/
Mine reads and clear codes and also do live data view and logging, below are some live data logs from few PIDs that I chose to display {I could have displayed more though}. I generated them today while driving from Yaba to Gbagada

Sure. I know some sells for N200k plus but it is for auto mechanics like you. I just want a functional yet affordable one to diagnose my SUV.
For DIY, basic Bluetooth scan tool is sufficient trust me, I bought one from a nairalander for 2k5 came with torque pro app (lot of awesome indepht tutorial on YouTube, you would learn how to diagnose a lean and rich conditions, how to know if your mass air flow, 02 sensors are working, how to tell if your fuel injectors are stuck opened,

I detected my evap issue with my basic scanner and also used it to test after I bought a fuel cap to fix it

Note this sort of Bluetooth scanner wouldn't do high level stuff like airbag,
