1) Create a perception of transparency.
If you read the names of those disqualified, you'll find that the most popular candidates are on that list. Soludo and Obaze. Also, Idigo who is Obi's very personal person was also disqualified. With this, the process has an appearance of transperency right from the start.
Secondly, look at the reasons for disqualification: Tax Clearance, Finance and Voter's card. Even me sef go qualify with these easy barriers.

I took it to an engineer today,he said that I need to change d hard disk,he offered one of 40G for 5k.Am thinking that 40G is small.

I tried putting on my laptop(Hp),it kept on telling me Disk error,replace and press any key when ready. I accidentally hit a button and it booted but d battery went down again.I have charged it and tried putting it on and is still showing non-system disk or disk error.please someone shld help me out!
