agaugust: That normal n any war anywhere in the world, contest for land.
Anyway, it's ongoing battles in Baga and Monguno, no winner yet, NAF replaced NA in Monguno central, at fringes and extreme parts, our army is still there. We have artillery to level Baga and Monguno in 1 day, but we will not shell our own houses and towns as if it is foreign territory.
Boko was defeated in Maiduguri and Konduga at the same time, we killed them in dozens and captured their APC, blew up their tanks, Bokos ran away abandoning their armoured vehicles.
It's an ongoing war, you won't get final results until after many days, except you want to get war report from Facebook comments of unknown people like BBC does, feel free to be as foolish as your white masters . Normal like in which war was a military fighting at home shown it's backside by a ragtag and its barracks and bases taken over? Educate us. |

EVarn: hahahahagafgafgafguhgugguhguhkokikokikokikoki....holy d1ck!,i'm laughing in chinese!.why dont you tell us what you have to say for yourself.did boko haram capture monguno town? You might as well laugh in Chinese seeing as you've already tried posting in English. Everyone can see where that landed you: nowhere. Not a single point of yours sits here with any proof. So, it's as if youve said nothing. |

EVarn: innermost feelings indeed, you think that your petty mind games are effective, well i guess its "duh".what do you have to say in defense of your honour about my source?,i clearly remember you loudly proclaiming that boko haram captured monguno towns, well my source declares contrary, what do you have to say?....hahahaha,checkmate milkman,in the game of wits, you either win or......you lose!. The only way you can ever checkmate me is trough evidence supporting your point. I don't care for anything else. But seeing as you don't have any evidence, then we are happy to tolerate you as the dreamer of the thread. |

EVarn: nice try,but your namby-pamby mind tricks would never work on me,so find another target. You wouldn't have felt the need to reveal your innermost feelings if there weren't ...a need. |

EVarn: check agaugust's source for evidence. In other words, you don't have evidence DIRECTLY supporting the points raised by you. You have nothing. Just dreams and fantasies. You can't deny anything. Not through evidence. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 3:13pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
EVarn: i've answered you earlier.for more details and clarification, check mr agaugust's posts on this topic, there is a source attached to it.that is the source you are looking for. The cow also answers when the herder calls. I don't answers. I want denials supported by evidence. You have zero. All you have are thumb sucked stories coming from your own head. Your own fantasies. I am talking to you. Not Augabubu |

EVarn: you are a 419 cheat.you want me to repeat myself and die for you?.no sir,i dont think so.take your hocus-pocus mind games to your fellow milkmen. I want evidence. Zero's been posted. Therefore there's nothing to repeat. Stop crying and post evidence. Don't give me tears. Give me evidence. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 3:05pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
EVarn: yes.but they didnt take the whole of monguno town, only the garrison.how many times will i repeat it? In other words no one was putting words in your mouth. Even a fraction taken is a disgrace. Also post evidence that they didn't take the whole of the town. Also, deny what your own military said. Also deny that the base in baga was taken. Deny it with evidence, of course. You will repeat it for as long as evidence is outstanding. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 3:02pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
EVarn: stategic city huh?....that report is not 100% correct.checkout the source mr agaugust kindly posted for everyone a few posts back.thats the true source. boko haram never capture the whole of monguno city, they only took the frontier garrison before our aerial attacks started roasted them. Feel to post evidence denying that: 1. Mongumo's been invaded. 2. Baga's been invaded. 3. Barracks and bases have been taken over. Whenever you're ready. |

EVarn: i never said that baga and mongonu werent invaded.i simply said that they were frontier garrisons, not bases. If you can't deny that they were invaded, than you have no business posting anything. And feel free to support your post with EVIDENCE. You don't have any. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 2:40pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
Henry120: Don't be delusional. Posting a sensationalist report from a news source desperately seeking attention proves nothing.
You South-Africans are clowns. And we should accept what you say because you say so. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by DieVluit: 2:39pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
EVarn: 1. Baga fell into terrorist hands due to neighbouring franco-nations' cowardice, but yes, baga fell into BH hand 2. monguno town didnt fall into terrorist hands, only MONGUNO FRONTIER GARRISON was invaded by BH fighters.but we are currently recapturing monguno through air raids. 3. No bases and barracks were taken, only two frontier garrisons.their is a clear difference between a base and a frontier. 4. Troops retreated when facing overwhelming numbers, infact, they were ordered to retreat.so they didnt "run away" from their posts. I did not ask for reasons. So, to my post, it's 1. Yes 2. Yes 3. Yes 4. Yes Feel free to post EVIDENCE saying different. |

EVarn: i dont know why,but i cant stop myself from replying you.maybe it is the way you propagate malicious lies that is too hefty for me to ignore. you have resorted to using "stop crying" now that i've cornered you like a scared squirell.i've told you that baga and munguno arent 'military bases',they are called frontier garrisons. Great admission. You can't stop replying to me. Feel free to point out the lies: 1. Baga taken over by BH. 2. Monguno taken over by BH. 3. Bases and barracks taken over by BH. 4. Soldiers "retreated". Whenever you are ready. |

overhypedsteve: lol. You really do need that point don't you? Yea, I can see, I can see you poring over nairaland everyday in search of points and enlightenment, a luxury that have been denied you by your poor education under the Bantu education act. Keep searching for points "bra" (whatever you mean by that nonsense) the poster for whom the reply was meant is already in possession of the "point" and that is enough for me, maybe, just maybe he will give you that point which you so desperately seek for. In other words, that particular post was a pointless as this one. He is not in possession of the point if he rebuffed you with his R1 post. Your response got cancelled into non-existence. |

EVarn: i havent "run out of things to say",what is the point of arguing with an obstinate buff00n.i've been persuading you quite vigorously to see events from my point of view, but you have resolutely refused to reason along with me.i cant force feed you,so i will alow you believe whatever you want.afterall, its not like i'm being paid to exhaust myself on stubborn south african critics. Stop crying. If you believed what you just posted, you would've simply stopped arguing with me. But you don't believe what you posted. In the same way you don't believe your dreams and fantasies about your cowardly military. You can't stop cause know you have a case to answer regarding your pathetic military; and you can't answer it. Unless you can erase the following headlines: "Boko haram takes over territory, bases and barracks in Nigeria". But erase this, you can't. It happened and it's happening. |

All you can do now is post about tears and rhinos. You've pretty much run out of anything to say regarding your military and have clearly accepted it's a failure. From "we've killed thousands" to silence. From "which city have they taken?" to silence. From "which bases have they taken?" to silence. |

jpphilips: If Nigeria is the giant of Africa like you guys are alleging, why is Chad a threat to Nigeria? let us assume that you were right that Chadian soldiers are Boko haram (though very unlikely because Chad to an extent is equally a victim of Boko haram carnage), why should it be a problem for the self acclaimed "Giant Of Africa"?
Nigeria had a problem with Chad in 1978 and Nigeria (then giant of Africa) sent them parking, so what is different now that Nigeria is helpless? Let me quickly remind you that the Nigerian army alone has a standing 130,000 able bodied soldiers, while Chad has a paltry 30,350 men, a number not up to the number of 1st and 2nd lieutenants in the Nigerian army, shouldn't you be ashamed at this verge?
In case you forgot who the Nigerian NSA is; his name is Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd), he is the man who collates real time info from the service chiefs and advises President Jonathan on how to proceed, now, this gentleman is saying that Nigerian army is full of cowards, who should I believe?
You who is a jobless loser on the internet or the man whom my tax pays reasonably for his services? hear him;
Is it possible for Mexico to hide behind a terrorist group like Boko haram to attack the USA, simply because they share borders? is it possible? why will you shamelessly say that you are a giant but ordinary Chad is giving you sleepless nights for 6yrs now?
It is an over statement to say that Boko Haram have never attacked Chad,
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/3-killed-in-boko-haram-attack-in-cameroon/
as a matter of fact, Chad has proved to be ruthless on Boko haram, it is common sense that Boko will concentrate on softer targets like Nigeria, this fact is the reason why Chad helped France to recover territories from the Tuareg rebels in Northern Mali, remember that 3,000 Nigerian troops were there, yet France chose to work with Mali, does that not disturb you if you are a true Patriot and not an Internet lie spinner?
Chad left the MNJTF in less than 2 weeks, Baga housing the MNJTF Military base fell, even the Cameroonian BIU who was stationed there left also, I watched the interview granted by the Cameroonian foreign affairs secretary to Al jazeera, he said that the agreement was, BIU to secure the Cameroonian border, Chad to secure their Chadian and Nigerian Border, while Nigeria will fight from the Inside to drive the terrorists towards the border so that Chad will finish off.
On the first mission, the Nigerian contingent attacked Boko and when Boko retaliated, they dropped their arms and ran away, (could it be why the NSA called them cowards?)
That act emboldened boko haram who got more APC's, more ammo and Tanks, Cameroon and Chad angrily recalled their troops, tell me what kinda serious military act like that, in the face of insurgency?
It is mere jingoism to be painting Nigeria in good light on the internet at the same time, it is a disservice to me who have lost near a life savings in the hands of Boko haram and a spite on those people who Boko have sent their bread winners and loved ones to the great beyond.
It is now time to put things in the right perspective, even if our help will come from South Africa, now is the time to ask for it.
