Martial and Rashford have both started the season on decent form but they both need to improve their game play in different aspects. Pogba too can improve in some aspects of his game. Critiquing a player's performance does not mean you hate him or think he is thrash. Working on your game and displaying discipline n drive might be the difference between a Rooney career and a C.Ronaldo career.
