Still hopeful ![]() |
Sent you an email and txt message. Have a 4 month old Asus(Model A42f) Intel i3 available at N85k |
reading this thread makes me understand how come mtn is still bleeding profitable. MTN is a network that never, i repeat NEVER! gives away anything for free, not even in the name of customer service! The new plan is a trikish way MTN responds to competitive market share treat, without actually changing. (well i must hand it to them the chaps at MTN do know how to swindle nigerians while making them smile )My point: 20k / sec is 20k /sec , i dont think i can be bothered to start figuring and selecting! i have over 500 numbers on my phone abeg which 4 no should i choose jare? Paygo ko, paygo ni! Thank God for competition, long live smart customers who dont take MTN's bullshit and tell them to shove it where the sun dont shine! |
still hopeful for an answer ![]() |

Hi, everyone. I have a startup which is into distribution of information and one of the channels were considering are your regular everyday vendors. Am trying to get an understanding of there business, i mean how it operates and how they make money from selling the papers. This will allow me to create vertical revenue source for participating vendors. So abeg o, i need some help! Thanks |
youre right @david90 theres really no point in replying; a word is enough for the wise |
@david90 to settle the issue once and for all please post photographs of this miracle happening preferably on your farm for all board members to see. |
While i get your point, and also being someone who has a deep HATRED for scammers i do take serious offence to your derogatory comments and tone. I wonder if youre not a white pussy boy why not take a stroll down to HARLEM and call the Niggers! Scammers make up less than 10% of the Nigerian population a lot of who live below the UN poverty line. The so called scammers flaunt there illegaly gotten wealth and oppress the hardworking but not affluent populace; so dude what makes you think for one minute that where all the same? Since you have the resources and some info please track him down am sure you'll get a lot of appreciation from most board members here. GOODLUCK. |

Right now my confidence in the NSE is -0! Its just a gang up of thieves with priveleged info preying on the masses! Right now am just waiting for a bit of rebound and am clearing outmy shelf! |
I can really understand your confusion ; everyone giving advise has an ulterior motive - pocketing your 100k, so if i were you i'd be damn careful! At least you've started on the right track by seeking information and knowledge which is critical to any startup. Find something you think youre good at that shows your strength or skills, then go looking for someone whose into the same thing, profile there business, analyse the oppurtunities and the risk and from there on things should be much clearer! And by the way with a 100k theres no shortcut to millions . All the best |
@invisible most brokers who handl long time also handle cico, it only depends on the speed and expertise of the broker. also remember that all your success will depend on your own stock picking ability, as most brokers are only there to handle your buy/sell orders, not advice you on stocks to buy. Thanks for the response. Alliance capital are actually my first ever broker (like i said am a real greenhorn but learning fast, thanks in part to the great people of this thread), am only just realising that the firm is mainly made up of marketers that cant do anything! To buy na whala, to sell na to die! For instance from my research the firm has gotten the Nacho returns but they are giving the excuse that they are "processing" them! I've made up my mind to change brokers once i get my money, but i really dont want to make the same mistake again so am shinning my eyes for beta broker! |
Hi great house member, am the greenest horn in this house so i really just read the post , try and learn from the elders (iba yin o!) and keep a low profile. How ever i need HELP! I bought around 15k units of dangote flour and 9k units of Nacho through my broker Alliance Capital Management Company Ltd, however even though i have received the ridiculous allotment share certifiate for 945 units of Nacho my brokers keep on telling me they are yet to get my refund! Abeg am getting frustrated and really pissed, what can i do. ![]() Also can anyone recommend a really great broker who handles both CICO and long term? Thanks everyone, classes have been great! |
@yemo90 love your work, i can see your online now can i get your yahoo im so we can chat, mine is kc_trinity2001@yahoo.co.uk |
Starting a new COY, looking for an experienced designer to create logo's and other branding items. |
una no dey tire, ? |
fitinwell, only one question, weres that your magnificent office structure located, am sure i must have missed it when passing thru your area, and believe me i quite agree, you have your online reputation to protect! ![]() |
You also have to keep in mind that the process of building a website is not just about "BUILDING & DESIGN". For your website to qualify as functional it must have the following: Intresting content (Value proposition for visitors) Functionality Aesthetics Wether you build it with templates, hand coding or your web host sitebuilder is really a minute issue in the scheme of things, and less i forget nice promotion strategy , i wonder what kindda traffic that was worth ![]() |
The current Nigerian societal value is MATERIALISM. Take a walk down the road anywhere and its apparent, put on your TV its on the news, even the radio is not left out. The average nigerians mentality is now whats in it for me, thats why politicians would rather die at the polls than concede defeat, why secondary school students boycott classes to visit cybercafes. As if that was not enough here comes GLO with its new campaign "RULE YOUR WORLD", with there help some of us can now "opress d boys" with flashy cars and no content (thats if the cars are actually being given out tho). Marketing i agree must be matched with trends, profile e.t.c but what the heck happened to good old VALUES! Even though i have my beef with MTN(all of them are the same as far as i'm concerned) i cant help but smile when i see their campaign adverts, promotion of family ties with a lot of sentiments. Anyway since Olu Maintain got to play Yahoozee in front of the president at the welcome banquest for the eaglets, and everybody applauded, i guess some people are really taking this Nigerian brand issue seriously, awon kan waye wa sise, awon kan waye wa gba owo, as for me i still beleive in the old fashion values: work in the society and create value, then get rewarded.
