if u want the google at the top, just go template folder in your root direcctory and choose the template you want to insert the codes into usually tmpl_uni (default) then click on the header file to edit it. Insert the code in the most convinient place and boom - u've got it!

I checked my folders but couldnt find anything suggesting upload folder. However, I re-wrote the permissions for the media files from 755 to 777. I'll see if this helps. Thanks.

@Dbanj, u need to make sure that you have the url of your site where its says host (just put in justumagazine.com); then username, then password - try not to check the passive ftp option and do not use anonymous either (all thses are to be done on ur remote view) after which u go to your local folder and pick up ur files. U can simply just do this with Ms froontpage if it becomes difficult for u.

Maybe u need to make sure that the domain is properly pointing to the host server (dns and that kind of stuff).
Theres' something u need to understand about Nigerian domains. They insist that you hook it up to the host even before they approve the domain. Hence, u'll have to use the exact host DNS u supplied while registering for the domain name. I have one I got from them too - http://webhosting.com.ng and its working,
Try hooking urs up correctly and lets see what happens,

How did the domain dns pointing problem go?

Now, about your ftp upload, I'm not conversant with the particular software u are trying to use but can recommend u try using smartftp (which is free - google it). Its easier and less stressful. Better still, you can do same thing using frontpage especially if ur server has frontpage extensions configured which I believe it should. Its relatively easier and simpler too. This solution is viable if u do not figure out ur way around the WSFTP software.

If you find it difficult using any of the prescribed programmes, u can try using the most basic and simplest of them all. - paint.

Paint comes free with all windows os and can be accessed as follows:

1.go to start menu, then all programs after which u hit accessories; under that, click on paint.
2.Then go to file, click on open and get to the desired image and open it.
3.Now, click on image on the menu bar
4.then select stretch /skew after wich you can now play with the dimensions as you wish.

Its damn efective. Trust me.
