Subbway101:I don't know what you are talking about and I am not "he" but she and if you have a problem with that, then you visit "Isowopo" in Ese-Odo |
Subbway101:Like I said, I don't know what you are talking about and I guess I v also frowned at that moniker but can't lay my hands on the actual thread. Similarly, I could remember I made a comment in a thread by same moniker "Tinubutoto" against the Igbos, the Igbos came down on me so severely that I have responded in like manner. I am not Tinubutot and will never be. I am not Igbo and will never be even in death. My hatred for Igbo people I think is far more than yours but I don't let it vent into my skull. |
Subbway101:I am beginning to hate or get irritated with anything from your end because of stereotype attitude towards Igbo man. I am not Igbo and will never be one, in fact I hate being associated with them. However, that won't take away my sense of fair judgment neither will it take away my pride as a lady from Ondo town in Ondo State and bomadi in Delta State. Is it that anybody who disapproves your reasoning due to its autistic look will now be termed as Igbo. shoro ni yen |
OmoAjowa7:You are so despicable, can't you for one sound like an intelligent person? Mods take notice of the abusive words being used by this moniker, he has being derailing this thread for God knows why. On the issue of " how can you know Omojuwa ..." I think Omojuwa is not worth knowing because I don't scramble for political jobbers neither do I crave for paid agents. I for one can pay Omojuwa to be my praise singer from the scenario you v created of him. Dear parvenu, coming to your attitude, pls do as much as you can to be civil because civility will take nothing away from you. |
Oh God, let it be true so Americans will vote for Trump. I really wish Trump will win so that Muslims will be kicked out |
OmoAjowa7:Pls no one knows who Omojuwa is down South South (Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, and Cross Rivers) so stop being fooled that Omojuwa is a known person. Is that a name of maggot or drunkard or one slow-poke or may be a village Hunter or Village town-crier? |
What the fvck is wrong with all the nitwits throwing tantrums on the Op here? If u r pained get your false grandeur phones and put up your own thread; the last time I check posting a thread here is free. Omojuwa is a disgrace and will remain e-rat. Come to think of it, I am not sure he is from the South South except may be he is from the "Itsekiri extraction" who hates anything or person from Ijaw. Op pls let go their nonsense, they are so pained that they supported the most useless man during the electioneering period but so ashamed to accept same. |
khalid6ix:U were so wrong, how could u v even predicted winning in favour of Man U when they are playing against Mourinho and Man U husband ( Pep)? |
sunnyflakes:Is Oshiomhole an orator? I think you don't know the meaning of who an orator is. |
Oshiothief has gone mad again. Is there any law that says a militant can't vote? They are Nigerians and have the right to vote and be voted for If they meet requirements. Also, if you are convinced they are militants then hand them over to police. APC have failed us in their economic plans, we need to move on |
EDO State governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has said that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in connivance with some state governors had registered about 8,000 militants with the intention of using them to manipulate the governorship election in the state. This came as the Rivers State government denied the allegation, adding that moral support was only provided to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate in the state. Speaking while receiving the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Idris Ibrahim at the Government House, Benin City, yesterday, Oshiomhole said: “In line with my tradition, I have always tried to speak out on any matter that I am worried about. I first raised this alarm on the eve of INEC Continuing Voters’ Registration exercise, an exercise that has been designed to register those who have become eighteen between the last registration and the current one. “They are exporting militants to Edo State to register so that with the PVC in their hands, they will appear to have the lawful basis to be present at the designated polling units where they are expected to unleash violence on election day. “Now, as part of the processes they put in place to effect this, they had conspirators in INEC that made available to them data capturing machine in the residences of various opposition leaders. We shared these experiences with the police and the DSS.” Earlier, the Police boss said, “We are on a working visit. We have come here to interact with our officers and colleagues from other security agencies to see that the election we are having in a few days time is carried out in a seamless manner. “Our presence here shows the synergy between the security agencies working in the state. This is an assurance that there is a lot of cooperation between us and other security agencies, and it is an assurance that we are definitely sure that in a few days time, we are going to have a successful governorship election in Edo State.” http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/09/edodecides-pdp-registered-8000-militants-oshiomhole-tells-igp/ |
What a useless post, I think u can't differentiate between ethnic group from Tribe? Ogbia is an ethnic group under the Ijaw tribe. Why then do Ogbi people participate in IYC & INC elections? Why do we have names like "Ayama" in Ogbia which is an Ijaw word? As far as ogbi people continue to be part of IYC & INC they can't say they are not part of Ijaw. I laugh at those u said u accosted because even "Nembe" out of ignorance use to say they are not Ijaw but they bear the same names with Ijaw and speak almost the same with them. the only different being their alphabet and pronunciation |
suasmablow:Which girls or women are u talking about? It seems you guys still don't understand the level of propaganda APC used just to rubbish Jonathan. No Chibok woman or girl was kidnapped or has being released, they are all propaganda. When you like once, you need to lie again just to cover up the earlier lie told by you |
krasican:I am girl doesn't mean I should condone illegality and corruption (using security personnel against opposition is the highest form of Corruption). In South South, we don't take shit from any person whether u r d president. |
TheDEVlLHimseIf:Ban APC member? na wa for u, to avoid ban defect to APC or be a zombie |
sarrki:We will surely take the fight to his senatorial district, you can't intimidate South South whether Edo, Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers or Delta. Where are those imbeciles making mouth about Edo North being APC strong hold. |

gale of rejection of the governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress APC, in Ondo State, continued Thursday, as another contestant, Senator Ajayi Boroffice rejected the result of the election. Boroffice, who represents Ondo North senatorial district has therefore called for the cancellation of the election. The lawmaker, who came fourth with 471 votes spoke at a reception rally organized for him by a member of the House of Representatives in Akoko South West/South East, Babatunde Kolawole Borrofice said he was informed that many hired people who were not delegates voted in the party’s primary election. He maintained that “if the appeal committee finds out that the allegations that characterized the election were true, a total cancellation of the exercise is the best.” Expressing concern over unfolding reports on the alleged doctoring of the delegates’ list, the aspirant said: “before the conclusion of the election, I kept hearing the rumours that the delegates’ list has been infiltrated. That there are even some people who were not accredited, who are not even delegates but were given tags and induced to come and vote. That has been substantiated now and it’s unfortunate.” “I am in support of total cancellation of the election, we must do it again”, he insisted. Boroffice said despite the fraud in the election, he would not defect to another party under any condition. His words: “I am a loyal party man, I had the opportunity to leave the party in 2012 but I didn’t. I was one of the three people that remained then, among the aspirants. I am not in this party to be a governor. I am in this progressive party to help build Nigeria.” Continuing, he said: “If I don’t become governor, another person will be a governor, as long as the process is free, fair and credible.” Observer group faults primaries Meanwhile, an accredited observer group on APC governorship primary has adjudged it fraught with myriads of irregularities. Leader of the group, Richards Adebayo alleged that the electoral process had some noticeable shortcomings. Adebayo said: “The poll officials detected that the accreditation of delegates was hastily done without proper screening and many delegates were given unstamped tags. Some of the delegates that came to the voting centre were not accredited by the three major accreditation centres because they were not duly screened in contravention of the rules and the regulations of the electoral committee.” Abraham sues for peace As protest continues in Ikare over the loss of Dr Olusegun Abraham in the governorship primaries, the aspirant, yesterday, called for calm on the part of those against the National Assembly member, Mr Stephen Olemija Abraham appealed to the protesters to be peaceful and assured them that the party leadership is undoubtedly up to the task of handling the crisis. Some of the protesters, who visited Abraham in his house, called for the recall of Olemija for allegedly sabotaging Akoko’s effort and determination to produce the next Governor of Ondo State in Dr. Abraham. Olemija, who currently represents Akoko North East and Akoko North West local government areas in the House of Representatives and Abraham are from Ikare in Akoko North East. Some leaders in the community including a former commissioner in the state, Hon. Julius Akinnigbagbe described the development in the party as worrisome. “Honestly it beats my imagination that an Ikare son can work like that against the interest of Ikare,” he lamented. Also, a former Secretary to the state Government, SSG, Fisaye Bajowa said: “What I have been hearing since the conclusion of the primaries makes me very sad.” It is very bad for a party like APC which is a change agent to be associated with election malpractices as we have been hearing.” Aspirant calls for unity However, one of the aspirants, Tunji Light Ariyomo has called on aggrieved aspirants to unite. Ariyomo, in a statement in Akure said “If we continue to discredit the just concluded primary election because of certain imperfections, somebody will gain from such a political climate. Who is that person? Who will benefit most from our infighting? The PDP and its current leadership in Ondo State no doubt. My appeal to everyone therefore is to stop promoting this atmosphere of feisty discord and instead start coalescing behind the winner in order to confront and defeat the behemoth holding our state to ransom in November 2016.” http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/09/fallout-ondo-apc-gov-primaries-boroffice-rejects-results-calls-cancellation/ |
Ado-Ekiti —Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, Thursday, ordered the Accountant-General of the state to immediately refund monies over- deducted from the salaries of teachers, who had bought some facilities from government during the administration of his predecessor, Dr Kayode Fayemi. A few years ago, teachers had bought cars and laptops among other facilities from government on loan with an arrangement for monthly instalment deductions from their salaries. According the Ekiti State chairman of the Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT) , Comrade Samuel Akosile, the over-deductions from the teachers’ salaries have been a perennial problem but when brought to the notice of Governor Fayose, he promptly set up a committee to look into the complaints and gave them an ultimatum of 30 days to bring their report. The report and its recommendations were submitted to the governor, Thursday, at Osuntokun hall of the government office, Ado-Ekiti, state capital. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/09/fayose-refunds-deducted-funds-ekiti-teachers-salaries/ |
Standing5:So u stay awake just to type d rubbish u v being spewing? What a cursed generation, when Buhari blame Jonathan you clapped for him and now the table has turned to the masses u r still clapping. |
This is happening in Oshiomhole's senatorial district and some buffoon here on nairaland said that Edo North is no go area for PDP. |
Pls correct your heading before I will comment on the issue u raised. Commenting on a wrongly spelt out heading amounts to exercise in futility. |
I received the "change begins with me" campaign of the Buhari's government with so much discomfort because I am now convinced they lack what leadership is all about. What kind of change do they expect from us? They increased gas, we accepted. They increased food price, we obliged. No salaries as workers have being subjected to live in squalor , yet no one takes to the street. Exchange rate is at all time high, we still accorded them respect. The yearly 4000 MW they promised us is no where near obtainable, yet we obliged them their respect as our unfortunate leaders. The worst of all, there is no relics of improvement on virtually everything about Nigeria; we still pay our bills. There is multiple taxation, wit: increased in Stamp duties, introduction of communication tax and we are still willing to pay being Nigerians, increased in VAT etcetera. Despite the hogwash and arrogance being shown to us, being Nigerians as the most religious country on earth we still pray for them in Churches, Mosques, Okija shrine, Orunmila shrine and in our private intentions. What change from us do they want? Is it until they sell us to China? I think this campaign of "change begins with me" by the APC FG is a joke taken too far, "Change" does not begin with me. Change should begin with President Muhammadu Buhari and his government. In my candid view, this campaign is another diversionary tactics by the ruling class to alter the narrative of the leadership failure that has plagued our nation over the years. Just like previous similar campaigns, this one will not yield any tangible result. Let President Buhari and his government practice the change that they preach and Nigerians will follow suit. The attempt to shift responsibility from the governance to the governed is unacceptable. Pro Buhari fanatics might have promised change or in any case, it was Buhari and his party that promised Nigerians change and not the other way round. If this is an attempt to distract our attention from the terrible and excruciating economic situation in the country it has failed already. Never again shall Nigerians be hoodwinked to such cheap campaign. From Dimien |
asuustrike2009:But that was what your useless security report influenced by your useless party said |
You are postponing the gubernatorial election of Edo State that was billed for 10th September, 2016 for alleged security reasons but cannot postpone Sallah for security reasons. You conducted election in Borno just of recent despite Borno being the heartbeats of Terrorism but feigned "insecurity" in a safe State like Edo. Who is really scared of losing Edo State? Well, as a matter of fact, your postponing the election won't stop the impending judgment. You can only postpone the day of judgment but the judgment shall be delivered at the appointed time. #Edodecides |
