The Election is getting postponed because of the WAEC Exam on Saturday,which happens to be Mathematics.

The Followers and Disciplines of the Clueless one,will say it is because the election wants to be rigged.

Common sense should tell you guys that elections do not need to be postponed before it can be rigged.

That said. APC is winning Edo State with a landslide Victory.

Let us do some basic polling here with these Local Government Areas.

Akoko Edo,Egor,Etsako Central,Etsako East,Etsako West,Ikpoba-Okha,Oredo,Orhionwon,Ovia North East,Ovia South-west,Owan East,Owan West,uhunmwode will all go APC.

It is the 5 Esan Local Governments that is unpredictable,but basic numbers and maths gives it to APC.

ABUJA—Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja, yesterday, fixed September 29 to decide whether or not he should hands off the legal tussle between two factions of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, led by Senators Ahmed Makarfi and Ali Modu Sheriff.

The judge had on August 15 issued an order of interlocutory injunction that barred the party from conducting its national convention.

The order, which came barely 48 hours to a convention the party scheduled to take place in Port Harcourt on August 17, equally stopped the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from monitoring the exercise.

He said the party must not sponsor any candidate or conduct election into any of its national offices, pending the determination of a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/464/2016, which Sheriff and seven others lodged before the court.

Meanwhile, at the resumed hearing on the matter yesterday, Markafi and six other members of the party, through their lawyer, Mr. Emmanuel Ukala, SAN, challenged the jurisdiction of Justice Abang to further preside over the matter.

They asked Justice Abang to hands off the suit and await judgment of the Court of Appeal on three separate appeals entered against his previous decisions on the PDP leadership crisis.

Ukala, who notified the court that the appeals were filed on July 28, August 15 and 16, respectively, said there was need for Justice Abang to “step aside” from the case.

“Once an appeal has been entered, the court below ought to stand aside and allow the Court of Appeal to have the opportunity to exercise its jurisdiction on the matter”, Ukala submitted.

However, if you had surrendered earlier, your father wouldn't have been arrested, brutalized or amputated. Perhaps you would be under trial with some privileges as a citizen. Perhaps you would have been a free man on bail as allegations against you bothers on corruption(not treason) which is a bailable offence.

You would have learnt from Major Isaac Adaka Boro, who had to surrender to the Military Police(During the 12 Days Revolution in February 1966) after the arrest of his father and those of his comrades. He was imprisoned, convicted to death but as God would have it, he was later conscripted into the army along with his boys and given the rank of a Major, and celebrated by the same country that put him on death row. It is not too late

The point is allow posterity be the judge. The Nigeria Army is not professional nor do they understand the rules of engagement. We should not do what will invite them to our household or our land.

However, if the news of torture is true, then Tompolo's Family should lay formal complain before the NHRC, The Army and the Presidency.

Just see the TSA as a school account where you pay ur PTA fee, school fee, lesson fee, computer fee. Instead of the school opening different account for each fee.

So when they say the government have 3.5trillion in TSA it means custom, NNPc, immigration, MDAS, NPA, NRC money are all there unlike before when they all have different accounts and it's hard to track what each componet is making.

On the 1.4trillion on subsidy that is the amount the govt would have paid if the subsidy was stil on, it does not necessarily mean they will have paid the money it might be informed of IOU which wil still place a huge burden on the tin resources the govt have at their disposal. So now the don't have to worry about how to source for 1.4trillon to pay for subsidy.

On the recovered loot, most of the money are still tied in court and the govt can't do anything til the snail speed court gives a ruling and that is the amount recovered so far not that the war is over.

I think we should try and have an understanding about how this things work before you opening your worm crawling mouth and spread rubbish
