Hello, please when sending a paid mail, is the billing address same as the address on my application? And the billing city is the city in which my address is? Or the city I applied

Are we going to count the 6 working days while Nigeria was on redlist? With our normal counting. Remember they said they stopped working on visitor’s application during that period

But somebody already answered this question. No, it doesn't affect the decision of your visa. This happens very often and people still get their visas.
