Please has anyone trained and obtained the level 3 diploma in health and social care certificate from London Professional Training Centre in Nigeria and used it to travel under the Health and Care visa scheme?

I’m asking this because I am trying to ascertain whether they are a legit recognized training centre from the UK.

Hi,please I tried the paid mail,and I was debited but it’s says it’s failed on the Ukvi sites...brought something like payment failed because you don’t have a payment reference...and zenith Bank debited me 2.74gbp

My most recent trip to the UK was in 2020 on a tourist visa, and my departure was a connecting flight.: Lagos - Amsterdam - London.
Q: In my current application, I was asked if I had visited a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes "The Netherlands." Do I choose "Yes" and explain that I was in transit, i.e. travelling across the country?

My most recent application was initially refused, but the decision was later OVERTURNED owing to a mistake on the part of the Visa Officer/ECO.
Q: I was asked if I had ever been denied a visa in my current application. Should I choose "Yes" or "No"?

Q1: Unless you passed through immigration, you did not visit the country.

Q2: If the decision was overturned then you have not been refused a Visa before.

Good day Every one. During my biometrics, I opted and paid for the keep my passport service at TLS. I have received a decision mail and will be submitting my passport to receive the visa. Any idea on how long it will take to get my passport back?

Answer YES to the refusal question. It will populate a box where you can briefly explain you were refused but the decision was overturned following an administrative review and the visa was granted.

Family member is yet to get a collection email despite paying for priority visa and getting a paid email response few days to Christmas letting her know her application has been decided.

Biometrics was done 30/11/2021 and priority application was paid for. Till date, collection email has not been received.

Please can I request for a refund of the priority fees? If yes, when can I request it? Before passport collection or after?

Her application was before the red list ban which must have contributed to the backlog/delays and I believe their is sufficient grounds to request for a refund

Since 6th of Jan? Have you sent them another email to ask WHY you haven't received any mail from TLScontact? Maybe they hvnt authorized the BHC to Release your passport to TLS. I feel you should send them an email and let them know how urgent it is or smtin.

Just this kind of relieve I’m expecting this week and for anyone waiting for collection email. Honestly Its draining it’s either you’re checking your mail or tracking TSLContact every now and then.
