Job Description

The recruited Front Desk/Customer Relationship officers will generally act as assistants to the CEO in managing the office, prospective clients, consultants and partners. Ability to work with computers (laptop) and type documents proficiently in Microsoft Word is mandatory. In addition, an attractive, pleasing and amiable personality will be expected.

The Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Female) will competently receive and welcome all clients while offering them a pleasantly memorable experience as they visit us.
She will interact with visiting clients and assist with their requests.
She will coordinate the usual activities of a reception which includes receiving visitors, attending to calls, assisting with site inspection arrangements, interacting with staff and consultant partners.
Preference will be given to applicants residing around Lekki / Ajah / Ibeju-Lekki. It is advisable applicants reside in this axis of Lagos.
Create marketing campaigns on Socia Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter etc) with a view to getting prospective clients
Manage existing and prospective clients

Responsibilities

Receive, welcome and entertain visiting clients while ensuring clients get a pleasant experience
Prepare documents including land purchase documents for the company and clients.
Handle all client enquiries and requests
Interface with Staff and business partners and assist with related requests
Receive and attend to incoming calls
Receive incoming mails/letters, proposals, memos e.t.c and direct to appropriate departments
Post advertising campaigns on several websites. Create adverts on applicable social media platforms, Sends out bulk emails and bulk sms.
Prepare letters, memos etc to be approved by the General manager/CEO
Advertise company's estates on websites and social media platforms.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 2year experience is required.

A very friendly, amiable and genial disposition generally towards internal and external clients. An attractive smiling countenance will be greatly influential.
Very attractive with a great dress sense. Light-complexioned and physically appealing
Strong computer skills; competence in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)& online marketing will be required.
Impressive command of the English language, sound diction as required in speech communication and proficiency in writing
Good social and interactive skills; positive mindset and top-notch interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to liaise with inter-departmental personnel towards seamless business operations.

Remuneration

Attractive Salary plus great bonuses, commission and exciting occasional travels.
The front desk officer is also able to earn 10% commission on all sales made in addition to her salary. Therefore, the front desk office can make up to N500,000 in sales commission monthly plus non-cash incentives/gifts depending on sales performance. The front desk office is actually encouraged and expected to make sales and earn much more than the basic pay.

Job Description

The recruited officers will act as a personal assistant to the CEO in handling all company's site inspections which hold twice or three times a week, amidst other functions. The selected officers will assist in driving clients, consultants to the site and enhance a pleasant site viewing experience for all prospective clients. Good command of basic English. Fluent in English conversations

Remuneration

Salary: N100,000 Basic Monthly Salary plus driving perks, bonuses and mouth-watering sales commissions. Sales commission on plots/acres sold can be over N500,000 every month. The driver/site inspection officer earns the same commissionwith our marketing consultants plus amazing non-cash incentives depending on sales performance. The recruited officer is actally encouraged and expected to make much more than the basic pay monthly.
