I have a gotv decoder that I haven't subscribed on for some time now (more than 6months). Buh I want to use it now and I have subscribed using vtpass the problem I am having now is I am not getting anything. Signal strength is 0, no channels. Can a gotv decoder be blocked if it is inactive for too long?? I have a gotv antenna which is already mounted as high above the roof as it can get Buh still the same. I need help here. Anybody tell me what am getting wrong please
