Google will be announcing the successor for Pixel 3a Monday 3rd August (tomorrow).
Leaks have confirmed some key specs and how much the device will cost.
It will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB ROM. It will also come with a 700 series Snapdragon processor. The device will cost 349 USD. 50 USD less than the new affordable iPhone SE 2020 which looks like good competition.
Getting a Pixel device in Nigeria is not very easy but if you have your way you can buy one from the US. I have purchased many items for myself from the US and might be willing to help on guide people through the process.
Will you get the device if you have around that rate to invest on a new phone? Pixel is popular for its very high quality photography.
You can watch popular tech youtube (Dave2D) talk about the 4a here:
johnbush: I do quite a lot of downloading myself and I noticed that I loose 9 to 10MB for every 100MB downloaded to internet traffic. Your claim to have done a 990MB update with 1GB data plan is suspect and I think erroneous. What puzzles me though is why you decided to pull one over nairalanders.
I went for 1GB because I already have normal data plan. Even if it gets exhausted 80% through I won't mind. My computer isn't famous for zapping data in the background sha.
Babalegba: I never knew tithing is the antidote to poverty ,please explain further and let me know how this magic works.
The Internet is such an amazing place.
I am a software developer and I discovered that I am more productive around midnight. I decided to add a night plan on top of my current data plan and that is a sin? I am doing another one tonight sef
I am up trying to fix a bug in my app and it required me to update some of my tools. So I dialed *406# and subscribed for 1GB (50 Naira *2). Here are things I observed: I can check my balance My update was 990MB and the plan was able to cover that. I also got a warning SMS that I have 70MB left on my night life plan towards the end of my download.
