Under this arrangement, we also believe strongly that there will be a permanent end to agitation for break-up and put an end to the many lingering crisis besetting the Nigerian Nation.
Apart from this letter or write up, we are also planning to embark on a World press Conference to mobilise critical stakeholders and also our people, in Nigeria and Diaspora to support this present Government on this genuine restructuring we are talking about. We will be sending out invitation letters for this World Press conference soon including our leaders. We want a new united, peaceful, stable, Nigeria to emerge as a Sovereign country with sovereign states united without any form of division under a NEW NAME called United States of Nigeria (USN) while Abuja still remains the Federal Territory Capital (FCT)
Under this new sovereign country called United States of Nigeria (USN) the sovereign states will pay allegiance to the Federal Government of the United States of Nigeria (USN)
For we must be determined to redesign, reconstruct and rebuild our Nation better than Dubai.
God Bless the United States of Nigeria (USN).

OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU, EX PRESIDENTS AND ALL CRITICAL STAKEHOLDERS IN NIGERIA

THE BIRTHING OF A NEW NATION, NEW GENERATION, UNIFIED PEOPLE, UNDER THE ALMIGHTY GOD, THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE THROUGH GENUINE RESTRUCTURING – WALE OLAGUNJU DCPN PRESIDENT

The Directorate of the Concerned Patriots in Nigeria and Overseas use this medium to express our profound gratitude and thanks to our present and past leaders for their past and present contributions, support and tireless efforts in building our nation called Nigeria up till date. We recognize and appreciate your immense support towards building our nation. We also extend our thanks towards great works that you all have done in the past and present, in the capacity of fostering and restoring unity, peace, stability and tranquility in our nation Nigeria. However, some of our past and present leaders went through some challenges during those times they were trying to build this nation. Some lost their lives and family members while others went to prison and some went on exile. Some were left frightened for life physically, emotionally and mentally as a result of the challenges they went through. We thank you all again for your tireless efforts in harnessing peace, unity and order and promoting peaceful coexistence in our nation as well as promoting health, agriculture, education, rural and urban development.

We also express all our appreciation and thanks above to our ex-Presidents and Vice Presidents, patriots, former and present Governors and Deputy Governors, former and present Inspector General of Police, former and Present Chief of Defence Staff. All former and present Chief of Army staff, Navy and Air force staff. All former and Present Senate and Deputy Senate Presidents and Speakers House of Rep, former and present Chief Justice of Nigeria, and all distinguished legal luminaries. We also express our appreciation to all our Royal Fathers, Clerics both Muslims and Christians and notable critical Stakeholders who have contributed towards building our nation in one way or the other.

We, the Directorate of the Concerned Patriots in Nigeria and overseas under the leadership of Prophet Moses Akinwale Olagunju (The Presiding Bishop Divine Seed of God Chapel Ministry) REG/CAC/IT/NO 24973, appreciate and thank you all while you are all still alive, unlike other nations who only appreciate their leaders when they have gone.

Your Excellency sir,
This is the time that you and your present team of governors, ministers, members of the national assembly and other critical stakeholders including past leaders etc… can come together and rebuild and restructure a new nation called the United States of Nigeria (USN) as a sovereign country with sovereign states, without any form of division.

Texas is a sovereign country and also a sovereign state under The United States of America (USA). We can also see this, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) making Dubai a sovereign state under them. We can also rebuild and restructure our present nation Nigeria into a sovereign country called The United States of Nigeria (USN) with sovereign states like: Kano, Kaduna and Sokoto etc… This will further make our present country Nigeria to be the first and only African country whose states are united under the new name United States of Nigeria (USN) without any form of division.

Since we are currently practicing the American presidential system of government, we should also restructure fully in line with the American system of governance, which is true federalism where all arms of government will be fully functional. It holds a promise of Nigeria’s redemption. Furthermore, it will rank our nation among the advanced and well organised nations in the world, envied by other countries and it will also resolve many lingering crises our nation is facing and move the nation forward under the new name (United States of Nigeria) with all allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria. Note this important close, we must place the love and unity of our country above tribal and religious sentiment. Hence, any state which by whatever means should decide to break from the United States of Nigeria will be confronted by the whole states, for we want to remain one entity under the United States of Nigeria as a role model for other African nations.

This will also make Nigeria to be the first and only African country in the continent whose states are united under the new name called the United States of Nigeria. It will be a sovereign country, with sovereign states under the United States of Nigeria without any form of division. For we want our country Nigeria to be the pace setter for other African nations to emulate. With this kind of new development operating in our new nation called United States of Nigeria (USN), the rural communities will be highly developed and there will be no room for abject poverty, as it is today.
More so, corruption will be reduced to the bearest minimum. The exodus of poor masses from the rural area to urban centres will be considerably reduced. Please, these are the actions that we are advocating for the present government to embark upon to restructure this present country Nigeria to a sovereign country with sovereign states without any form of division under a proposed new name called United States of Nigeria (USN)

The past leaders failed to tackle this serious problem of agitation, break up and unrest which has been lingering in the country called Nigeria since after the Biafra war in 1970. This is almost 54 years ago, people have embarked on agitation and breakup of the country till date without any solution but crises upon crises daily. It is like postponing evil days sitting on a keg of gunpowder which can explode any time. The most important reasons for these actions to be embarked upon immediately without any delay is to put a permanent end to agitation for break-up of Nigeria and also put an end to the many lingering crisis/injustice besetting the Nation Nigeria. We just have to tackle this issue of agitation NOW to avoid another civil war in Nigeria
The President must embark on National Reconciliation now so as to pave the way for total and genuine restructuring through National Referendum or Confab.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1. We are patriots in Nigeria.
2. We have great interest in guiding our nation in the paths of righteousness.
3. We are committed to equal rights and justice in our nation.
4. We embrace and preach peace in the nation.
5. We love our country and embrace unity, stability, and pursue progress for our nation Nigeria.

THE SOVEREIGN NATION
Nigeria has 36 states presently. These 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja will remain as Sovereign states united without any form of division, under the United States of Nigeria (USN) as a Sovereign nation while the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja still remains the capital of this new Sovereign nation or country called United States of Nigeria (USN). We will also have an Executive President just like the United States of America (USA),

THE PROPOSED NEW NAME
The Birthing of a New Nation, New Generation, Unified people, through genuine restructuring of the Country Nigeria as a Sovereign nation with sovereign states including the Federal Capital Territory Abuja (FCT) without any form of division called United States of Nigeria (USN), while the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja still remains the capital under this new Sovereign country called the United States of Nigeria (USN). It is one Nation under the Almighty God.

OUR OWN TYPE OF RESTRUCTURING
Restructuring will bring development and innovation to the states from the local government level to the state level. The needs of the people will be taken into account in terms of local clinic/health centres, local post-office, local shopping malls, local police station, forest guards/rangers, local relaxing parks, road, water, street lights, playgrounds and local security, etc. By developing from the local level, the needs of the people will be met and this will further and steer development and innovation to the state level. When states are developed from the local level to state level, the country will be developed as a sovereign nation with sovereign states. Each state needs to embark on intensive agricultural mechanization and animal husbandry. This is what restructuring is all about. The issue of restructuring the Nigerian nation is a complex one that one must handle with utmost care.

Step 1: What we are advocating for, is for our leaders to come together in ‘UNITY’ so as to renegotiate the nation based on sovereign Nation with sovereign states under the United States of Nigeria (USN) without any form of division just like the United States of America and the United Arab Emirate (Dubai).
The second step is National Reconciliation because the Nation has been seriously fragmented through ethnicity and political differences.
NATIONAL RECONCILIATION will serve as the foundation of restructuring our country.
Step 3: The third step is NATIONAL REFERENDUM/ CONFAB.
Step 4: The fourth step is to have a review panel set up by the president.
Step 5: The fifth step is to send the report to the National Assembly for debate/approval.
Step 6: The sixth step is Constitutional Review/ Amendment.
Final Step: After excessive debate and approval by the National Assembly on the drafted Bill about the restructuring of Nigeria to a Sovereign country, with sovereign states under a new name called the United States of Nigeria (USN), the drafted bill will be sent to the President of Nigeria for him to append his signature for the final approval of this drafted bill in order to take effect and become law.
After the final approval and the signature of the President of Nigeria on this drafted bill, this bill automatically becomes law and the new sovereign nation United States of Nigeria (USN) takes effect while the old name Nigeria would no longer be effective any more.

IMPORTANT CLAUSE:
All states must pledge allegiance to the Federal Government to the United States of Nigeria (USN). We must place the love and the unity of our nation above tribal and religious sentiment. Hence, any state which by whatsoever means, should decide to break from the United States of Nigeria (USN) will incur the wrath of the whole states for we want to remain as one entity under the United States of Nigeria and be a role model to other African Nations.

REASONS AND BENEFITS FOR RESTRUCTURING
National Sovereignty is when a nation has the power to govern itself. The country does so without any interference from outsiders, meaning that they have complete control over their own territory. A State’s sovereignty is based on the exclusive power that it exercises over its territory and its people
“What we are advocating for is for our leaders to come together in ‘UNITY’ so as to renegotiate the nation based on sovereign Nation with sovereign states under the United States of Nigeria (USN) without any form of division just like the United States of America and the United Arab Emirate (Dubai).”“However, this will solve many lingering crises by moving our nation forward and favoring every tribe. However, the religious crisis will be solved because every religious body/individual can practice the tenet of their faith without any hindrance. We will also promote and advance the course of the youth.”
We have 36 states presently and it is impossible to disband the 36 states without causing a greater crisis than before. These 36 states have gone far, they are like children who have matured to some extent into adulthood. Disbanding them is like killing adult children. These 36 states have moved beyond foetus level of babies in their mothers’ wombs. They are no longer in the womb. If we disband them, it is like killing them, their growth and development which would cause lots of harm and injuries to the child. Any child killed can never come back alive. Instead of killing a child, it is better for us to train and redevelop the child, that is, work on the child and assist and support the child for his/ her improvement in the areas of his/her weaknesses. Our committee reviewed many things in order to prevent further crises, instability and war in this present country called Nigeria.

We decided that we need to maintain the peace, stability, tranquility, progress and prosperity in our country.
How do we maintain the Oneness, peace, stability and security of this country? We need to redesign our own sovereignty to fit our targeted purpose, needs of our people which will enhance development, innovation, peace, and unity without any division while maintaining that ONENESS. We look at the Sovereignty of the UAE (Dubai), the United States of America (USA) and also the United Kingdom (UK). We realized that we can also be under one Sovereign nation with sovereign states, united without any form of division. The cement and water which we are going to use to rebuild our nation for a proper rebirth of a NEW Nigeria under the United States of Nigeria (USN) is unity (cement) without any division (water) where each sovereign state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN) We believe we can also develop better than all these countries we mentioned about and be a role model to other countries in Africa and the world.

THE TYPE OF SOVEREIGNTY WE ARE TALKING ABOUT
The sovereignty we are talking about is Sovereignty of a Country called Nigeria to be changed to the United States of Nigeria (USN) where each state is given its own sovereign power, authority and ability to rule and govern over its own territory to itself independently without any interference from external powers.
This will help each state to develop as a sovereign state within this sovereign country called the United States of Nigeria (USN) united without any form of division, just like UAE, (Dubai) and the United States of America. (USA) However, each sovereign state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN). This way each state is given exclusive sovereignty over its own territory to make laws and policies that will enhance development and innovation to the grass root level. This is the way of building the ruins and desolations of many generations which we have left for years undone.

The Benefits of a Sovereign Nation with Sovereign states United without any form of Division
1. Autonomy: By having sovereignty, a state can make its own decisions and determine its own policies without interference from other governments. This allows a state to have greater control over its own affairs and to pursue its own interests as well as the interests of its people and for the general good of the United States of Nigeria.
2. Great Competition among different states under the United States of Nigeria in State building and development
3. Grass root development and innovation: Most of our local governments will be developed
4. Power and authority can easily be exercised within the state
5. Laws and policies can be made to suit the needs and development and innovation of each state as the people will be involved in state building, development and innovation
6. Promoting monopoly of legitimate voices united: The voice of the people can easily be heard from the grass root level as they will also be involved in decision making for state development.
7. The independence, peace, security and stability of each state is maintained and sustained.
8. The rights and freedom of people in the state is protected
9. Better life is provided for all citizens of the state up to grass root levels. The citizens of each state will have an independent mind set. Let's build it together. We do everything much better when we are allowed to do it our own way instead of having someone else force their own ideas on us.
10. Promoting Unity and Social inclusion from grass root level to state level
11. Reducing poverty, instability and inequality from grass root level.
12. Knowing that the benefits of their achievements is first and foremost theirs before everyone else, the citizens of each states will be motivated to work hard; they will develop a ‘ can-do spirit’ and an unanimous and independent mindset of “we can build our states by ourselves together’’, they can do everything much better when they are allowed to do it their own way together instead of having some other people force their own ideas on them.
13. Since the federal government will be excluded from primary, secondary and tertiary education except in setting, supervision and enforcement of standards in collaboration with the states in matters of subject contents – quality and directions in relationship to national education and other development goals as well as morality which will forbid introduction of foreign culture into the Nigerian education system state promotion of state owned unity schools and social inclusion from grass roots level can be strongly embarked upon by the states statewide.
14. Reduction of poverty, instability and inequality from grass roots level will be achievable because the local and state governments will direct employees of labour, instead of directing civil servants in factories and other business ventures. These may be fully owned by the state government or partly owned by her in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) to create employment and wealth for the state and of course the nation, using the state’s minerals and other resources and potentials of the state that are waiting to be harnessed.
Other areas of employment at local and state government levels include the Local Government and State Government Police Forces, environmental and sanitation workers like in the old Public Works Departments (PWD) at local government levels, farmers’ support and agricultural extension service workers at Local and State Levels and necessary coordination offices at the state level.
15. However, the religious crisis will be solved because every religious body/ individual can practice the tenet of their faith without any hindrance.

Finally, we enjoyed the regime of our past and present leaders, including all the critical stakeholders in Nigeria till date. We should please forget every political difference and come together to team up with the present Government and restructure the Country called Nigeria. We do not want to witness another senseless and wasteful war, just like the 1966 war, which left us stagnant for many years without progression and development till date. It is our firm belief that this is the only saving solution and grace to preserve the unity and stability of our country Nigeria without any form of division or bloodshed.

Anything different from this genuine restructuring that we are advocating for might lead to war, bloodshed and instability of our country Nigeria. It is like postponing evil days sitting on gunpowder which can explode any time.

**AGITATION FOR BREAK-UP: A CALL FOR NATIONAL RECONCILIATION**

The persistent agitation for the break-up of Nigeria has been a lingering issue since the end of the Biafra war in 1970. For almost 54 years, successive leaders have failed to address this pressing problem, leading to continued unrest and crises in the country. This situation is akin to sitting on a keg of gunpowder, with the potential to explode at any moment.

It is imperative that we take immediate action to address this issue and put an end to the agitation for the break-up of Nigeria. This action is necessary not only to prevent another civil war but also to address the many crises and injustices facing our nation.

The president must initiate a process of National Reconciliation to pave the way for genuine restructuring through a National Referendum or conference.

PROPHET WALE OLAGUNJU REVEALS HIS 2023 PROPHESIES
written by Reporter
January 17, 2023

As revealed to me by the spirit of the living God Almighty, below is the mind of God for year 2023 and beyond:

1. The 2023 Presidential will be so tight unlike 2015 presidential election whereby, president Buhari defeated ex-president Jonathan with a wide margin. As revealed to me by the Almighty God, and that APC are determine to rig, manipulate, win and retain power at all cost because of the atrocities committed against the Nigeria nation.
2. As revealed to me by God Almighty, the most viable and saving Grace to save Nigeria from the terrible situation we find ourselves today is ATIKU ABUBAKAR.
3. Going by my 2016,2020,2021,2022 Prophecies; should PDP settle all their rift in PDP, Wike and co inclusive and pray very well with all these predictions at hand. As revealed to me by God, Atiku will beat Tinubu in the forthcoming presidential election.
4. As long as Nigerian leaders and their citizens continue to play God with sin; so shall Nigeria continue to move from one critical problem to the other, until the nation breaks up completely. For Nigeria will break into five nations, it is just a matter of time. Sin of adulatory, killing of innocent people and corruption is crying for judgment in the ears of Almighty God.
5. God revealed to me that the ruling party in Nigeria, the All Progressive Congress is on the verge of collapse, except serious care is taken.
6. The 2023 General Election is going to be a Three Man Horse race in which there is going to be a massive display of wealth. God said Massive rigging and manipulation of election result will be noticed as the race among the major candidates is seen as a do or die race.
7. God revealed to me that the Presidential Candidates of the People Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar will get many votes in the South West Yoruba States
8. As revealed to me by God, Nigerians and other Presidential Candidates needs to pray very well, as the ruling party has made up their mind and concluded plans to rig the Presidential Election to perpetuate their party in power.
9. God said Nigerians should not relent in their prayers as there is still more terrible hardship ahead.
10. Regardless of contrary revelation by anybody or any quarters, God told me that there is going to be election in Nigeria come February 2023.
11. God revealed to me that the Presidential Candidate of the People Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar has repeated the grievous error which he made in the choice of Peter Obi as his running mate in 2019 General Election by his choice of Patrick Okowa as Okowa is not in His {God}mindset to run with him {Atiku}.
12. God said the 2023 General election is going to be one of the toughest elections in the history of Nigeria.
13. God said the determination of the ruling party to rig the Presidential election and thus perpetuate their party in power will lead to chaos in the land.
14. God said the outcome of the 2023 General election will play a pivotal role in the future peace, unity and the corporate existence of the Nigerian Nation. As revealed to me by God, the future coexistence of the entity called Nigeria is tied on the outcome of the Presidential Election.
15. God told me that irrespective of whatever Atiku may pass through before the Presidential Election, if all his supporters in each state of the federation could come together in a day serious fasting and prayer to pray against rigging and manipulation of the election result, he {Atiku}emerge the next President of Nigeria.
16. God said the outcome of the 2023 General Election will pave way for the actualization and restructuring of Nigeria.
17. God said should the All Progressive Congress fail to pray and act now, the same fate that befell the Peoples Democratic Party in 2015 General Election will befall them.
18. God said the era of fuel price increase in Nigeria is not yet over.
19. God said the actualization of the dreams of the Yorubas for a nation is a dream that will come to pass in due season.
20. God said the likes of Professor Akintoye and Sunday Igboho are not among the set of people that will take the Yorubas to their promised land.
21. God said a new generation leader that will take the Yorubas to their promised land will soon emerge.
22. Nigerians should pray fervently against spiritual death of some notable Bishops who according to the revelation I received are spiritually sick.
23. God said the days of Nnamdi Kanu in detention are numbered.
24. God told me that one of the reasons why the present government has turned to a total mess is because of the unjust imprisonment of El Zakyzaky of Kaduna State whose followers have grounded the ship of Buhari’s government through prayer.
25. The death of one of the Principalities that held Nigeria to a standstill is at the corner.
26. There is serious uncertainty over the corporate existence of Nigeria.
27. God said Nigerians should pray for long life for Professor Banji Akintoye.
28. God said it will only be a miracle of the century for either Tinubu or Peter Obi to emerge as President in the 2023 General election.
29. God said His Judgment is at hand for Tinubu because his hands are filled with blood. God said he will not smell the Presidential seat except through massive rigging.
30. God said, Nigerians should pray fervently against civil unrest that may be the outcome of next year General Election.
31. As revealed, Nigerians should pray against multiple motor accident and fire incident.
32. God said, Nigerians should commence serious prayer for the Governor of Ondo State, Chief Rotimi Akeredolu, APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Muhammadu Buhari and Abdusalami Abubarka against deadly terminal disease.
33. God revealed to me that day of reckoning is at hand for those that looted the Nigeria treasury in a wasteful and reckless manner.
34. God said death is at the corner for many prominent Nigerian politicians.
35. God said Nigerians should expect early rain that can lead to flood in 2023.
36. Nigerians should pray seriously against fire disaster in the 2023.
37. All should commence prayer for Olubadan of Ibadanland against sickness.
38. Nigeria has become a cursed country as a result of sins of their leaders (Past and Present). The country will continue to move from one problem to another until total disintegration.
39. Those who destroyed the country through corruption E.g (FESTAC 77) embezzlement and killing. As revealed to me by God will begin to receive their God’s judgment as from this year.
40. No solution insight to Nigerian economic problems, Hardship continues.
41. The igbos should keep on praying for Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, against sickness that can lead to sudden death after release from detention.
42. God said concerning the 2023 General Election that none of the main contenders is the messiah that the Nigerians citizens should look up to take the country to her Canaan flowing with milk and honey.
43. The incoming Nigerian president in 2023, should prepare himself for extra sleepless nights, in dealing and solving Nigeria terrible problems. As revealed to me by God Almighty, the situation is terribly bad. Nigerians should prepare for operation tight your belt.
44. I saw blood in the land as the killings of innocent people continue.
45. The APC and Tinubu are determined to do everything within their disposal both physically, spiritually and scientifically to rig the 2023 presidential election. And that will be the beginning and the end of another Israelite wilderness hardship journey for the people of Nigeria which started during the reign of Sheu Shagari NPN era.
46. The issue of Tinubu becoming Nigerian President at all cost in 2023, is a waste of money and time, as revealed to me by God Almighty. Even if they rig the election for him just like they did for Buhari in 2019 election, there will be chaos in Nigeria and Nigerian Armed forces will overthrow his government. It is not in the plan of God for him to rule Nigeria. As further revealed, he is highly corrupted in the sight of God.
47. During the eve of Christmas, the Almighty +jealous God, the creator of the Universe, revealed this to me, that His covenant and love is upon Nigeria but sin of corruption at all level, shedding of innocent blood, lack of fear of God and monumental injustice has seriously destroy our Nation. Hence, Nigeria is now in the hand of an angry God. Except we turn to God the problem will continue, peace will continue to elude us until the country finally break up.

IBADAN PROPHET, WALE OLAGUNJU’S 2024 PROPHECIES
written by City People
January 10, 2024

The continuation of my 2021 and 2023 prophesies regarding Tinubu’s presidential election is in my 2024 prophesies. 2021 no. 2 prophecy ‘’ As revealed to me by Almighty God APC, will do everything possible to remain in power in 2023. APC government headed by Buhari is deep in corruption. ‘’ the issue of Tinubu becoming Nigerian president come 2023 is a waste of money and time as revealed to me by God Almighty, even if they rig the election for him just like they did for Buhari, there will be chaos all over Nigeria. It is not in the mindset of God for him to rule Nigeria.’’

Based on the fulfilment of this revelation, that is why we Nigerian are witnessing what we are experiencing today. The only saving grace as revealed to me by God Almighty is for Tinubu to totally restructure Nigeria base on sovereign country, sovereign state just like United State of America and United Arab Emirate.

Also, in my 2021 prophecy published by national dailies no3, “before2023 presidential election, dissidents in the PDP will fragment the party, causing misunderstanding because of inordinate ambition and selfishness and it will affect the party and Atiku.’’

Failure on the part of Nigerian citizen to pray against the following catastrophes that befell our nation today as revealed to me in my 2023 prophecy as follows in paragraphs 1, 9, 13, 16, 40, and 45:
(1)The 2023 presidential election will be so tight unlike the 2015 presidential election whereby, president Buhari defeated ex-president Jonathan with a wide margin. As revealed to me by the Almighty GOD, that the APC is determined to rig, manipulate, win and retain power at all cost because of the atrocities committed against the Nigeria nation.

(2) God said Nigerians should not relent in their prayers as there is still more terrible hardship ahead.

(3) God said the determination of the ruling party to rig the presidential election and thus perpetuate their party in power will lead to chaos in the land.

(4) God said the outcome of the 2023 general election will pave way for the actualization and restructuring of Nigeria.

(5) No solution insight to Nigerian economic problems, hardship continues.

(6) The APC and Tinubu are determined to do everything within their disposal both physically, spiritually and scientifically to rig the 2023 presidential election. And that will be the beginning and the end of another Israelite wilderness hardship journey for the people of Nigeria which started during the reign of Shehu Shagari NPN era.

(7) The situation in Nigeria today as revealed to me by God and as witnessed by our people is very alarming and disastrous. Nigeria will go bankrupt as revealed.

(cool As stated in my 2023 prophecy in paragraph 32 : ‘’God said, Nigerians should commence serious prayer for the governor of Ondo State, chief Rotimi Akeredolu, APC presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Muhammadu Buhari and Abdusalami Abubakar against deadly terminal disease.’’As revealed to me again this year 2024, concerning the governor of Ondo State Akeredolu, he is a sinner in the hand of an angry God. If Ondo people fail to pray for him, he will not return to the state government seat again.

(9) Nigerians should pray for our ex-presidents against untimely death, Obasanjo and IBB should be prayed for

(10) The former governor of Niger state should be prayed for against serious sickness.

(11) The current senate president should be very careful.

(12) As revealed to me by Almighty God Nigerian problem had become Mathematics which nobody can solve it except God because of our sin.

(13) Nigerians should pray seriously as hardship continues.

(14) If we don’t pray, the era of free and fair election in Nigeria is gone.

(15) The ship of Nigeria nation is on the surface of the Atlantic Ocean, Nigerian should pray now.

(16) APC government will pay high price for rigging.

(17) Every arrangement has been perfected between some PDP and APC disgruntled elements to ground PDP completely because of Atiku.

(18) As revealed, any foundation that was not built on the pillar of truth shall surely collapse.

(19) APC will have tribal problem, and chaos in the party.

(20) Some eminent Nigerians will fall sick this year.

(21) Nigeria will witness heavy rain this year, while those who diligently seek God will receive His favor.

(22) Fire outbreak.

(23) Concerning the 2024 American presidential election, ex-president Donald trump should pray very well, all obstacles in his way will be removed. But failure to pray very well, this election will be the end of his political career.

(24) Nigerians should pray for Mama Adeboye against sickness.

(25) As revealed, River State Governor Fubara, it is not over yet, pray very well.

(26) Soonest, Nyesom Wike, will be irrelevant politically.

(27) President Tinubu, should be prayerful against sickness.

(28) God is angry with those corrupt Bishop in Nigeria.

(29) APC National Chairman should pray against serious sickness.

Your Excellency Sir,

SOLICITING SUPPORT FOR THE RESTRUCTURING OF NIGERIA

We are the Directorate of the Concerned Patriots in Nigeria and Overseas for Restructuring of Nigeria (DCPNOR). We seek restructuring into a more peaceful and workable structure than its currently subsisting one.

We operate under the leadership of Prophet Moses Akinwale Olagunju, the Presiding Bishop Divine Seed of God Chapel Ministry based in Ibadan, Oyo State in Nigeria. We write to you to solicit your assistance in our call for the restructuring of Nigeria.

We value and respect you as the Father of Modern Nigeria, Apostle, and believer of one ‘united Nigeria’ because your goal and mission is to restore Nigeria and defeat separatism so that every Nigerian can feel proud that he or she has a stake in this country. Our beloved father ex-President of |Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo, we recognize and appreciate all your efforts, struggles, and challenges including going to prison to keep this country Nigeria united as one. This is also similar to our vision, mission, and goal which is the main reason we are writing this letter to you to solicit your assistance and support to have a sovereign country called the United States of Nigeria (USN) with sovereign states United without any division, where each state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of N|Igeria (USN) The cement and water which we are going to use to build and birth a NEW Nigeria under the United States of Nigeria (USN) is unity (cement) without any division(water)

OUR ORGANIZATIONAL CONCERN AND GOAL

Our aim, objective, vision, and goal are not driven by tribal, religious, or political party inclinations, but by the spirit of understanding that Nigeria’s history holds an honest fact that the regional arrangement has been the best in record of sustainable development and the current Unitary structure which has been borne since 1966. Our vision, mission, and plan is to build on what the British who colonized us in 1960 left with us. The British gave us the name NIGERIA (Lord Lugard) and we want to continue with this ‘brickwork’ for the development and unity of Nigeria without any division.

We want to continue to build from the local, state, and national government levels while restructuring Nigeria back to the order of the 1963 constitutional order as a sovereign country called the United States of Nigeria (USN) with sovereign states united without any division, where each state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of N|Igeria (USN)

Our movement is concerned about the negative evolution of the Nigerian polity since the Military government took over in 1966, thereby destroying the foundational democratic evolution of Nigeria by the promulgation of Decree No: 34 by the Agunyi Ironsi-led Military Government that came to power through a Coup de tat on January 15 of the above-mentioned year.

The stated foundational destruction of the structure was further consolidated by the promulgation of Military Decree No. 14 of 1967 by the government of General Yakubu Gowon, which completely broke down the regional and territorial structure of Nigeria by the creation of 12 States. Years after, there was the creation of States by the successive Military governments headed by General Ibraheem Babangida and the late Gen. Sani Abacha to the current limit of 36 states and a Federal Capital Territory.

The Unification Decree of 1966 laid the foundation of a Unitary mode of national administration where excessive powers are ceded to the Centre while the State components are at a loss of territorial and economic controls and powers that are essential for any meaningful sustainable development. The said Unification Decree was consolidated in the 1978 and 1999 constitutions which deprives the component States of the true powers that are essential for their development and grants such to the Central Government under the Exclusive Legislative list.

This structure of government has been problematic and is deemed responsible for all vices that plague the Nigerian polity. The states groan under pressure of incapacitation, underdevelopment, and over reliance on the Federal government. The crisis borne out of the Unitary Constitutional framework has led to several calls for restructuring and recent calls for Self Determination.

History records confirm Nigeria fared very well under the regional structure which was enabled by the Republican constitution of 1963. For this reason, some people clamor for a restructuring back to the 1963 constitutional order. In our own case, owing to the development associated with the promulgation of Decree No.14 of 1967 by which 12 states were created from the three regions which have now become Thirty-six (36) states of the Federation defined in six Geo-political zones, our own proposition for restructuring is an application of the functional modalities of the 1963 constitution to the current structure of Thirty-six (36) States and Federal Capital Territory where each state will exist as an autonomous unit in a United body of Sovereign Country with sovereign States within the geo-political zones under the modified name United States of Nigeria(USN)without any division where each state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of N|Igeria (USN)

We use this medium to express our appreciation again to you while thanking you sir for all your efforts, pains, and challenges (including going to prison) you experienced for over 45 years in keeping Nigeria as ONE country, united without any division. We have seen your experience and achievements, as our beloved father ex-president Matthew Okikilola Obasanjo as an accomplished elder statesman who has served Nigeria in a variety of positions, both as a military head of state and as the first democratically elected civilian Nigerian president of the fourth republic (1999 – 2007).

Sir, you have expressed pride and taken action in building a legacy of unity and stability after you served two consecutive term limits in office. Our beloved father (ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo,) was the first democratically-elected president in Nigeria to hand over power peacefully in multi-party polls, Your experience and achievements motivated us to solicit your assistance and support in your lifetime to bail out this country called Nigeria out of the devastation and ruins of many generations in birthing a new Nation New Generation under a sovereign country with sovereign states called the United States of Nigeria(USN) ‘UNITED without any DIVISION. 'Where each state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN)

YOUR ROLES IN THE PAST TILL DATE IN MAKING NIGERIA UNITED ONE

As a Nigerian patriot during the 1967–1970 Nigeria–Biafra Civil War, ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo, Sir, you accomplished many notable things. You were assigned to lead the Western State three days before the battle between the Nigerian Army and Biafran rebels on January 3, 1967. You blocked the routes that Biafran troops intended to use to take control of the Mid-West and then Lagos on January 9, 1967. This action stopped the Biafran troops from crossing the Niger Bridge in their march. Gowon assigned ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo to lead the invasion of Biafra on January 16, 1969, giving you charge of 35,000 to 40,000 soldiers stationed in Port Harcourt. When you led the Nigerian Army to seize control of Umuahia, the Biafran forces were reduced by half and the Nigerian Army successfully resisted the Biafra onslaught on Aba while operating at the front lines. You began Operation Tailwind on January 19, 1970, and it was successful because the Uli airfield was taken, which forced Philip Effiong, the military leader of Biafra, to give up.

BIAFRA’S RE-INTEGRATION INTO NIGERIA

Gowon assigned ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo the task of reintegrating Biafra into Nigeria once the Biafran secessionist had submitted. You made sure that the water supply was restored in all significant towns in the conflict-torn area in just four months after the war ended.

YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS MILITARY HEAD OF STATE

With Murtala Muhammed’s murder on February 13 of that same year, the ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo, the second in command in the triumvirate where you served as head of state, assumed the position. As a result of your economic initiatives as head of state, Nigeria’s inflation rate decreased from 34% when you took office to 30% in just over a year. You also increased spending on housing, agriculture, and education.

Your key initiatives as ex-president General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo included Operation Feed the Nation, the Bakori Scheme, the South Chad Irrigation Project, two hydropower projects, and a thermal plant. The transition to civilian government was one of your other notable accomplishments while serving as military leader of a state. You handed up power to Shehu Shagari in January 1979 after the 1979 presidential election, which resulted in the establishment of Nigeria’s Second Republic and was declared a success by the Election Commission.

THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF EX-PRESIDENT MATTHEW OKIKILOLA OLUSEGUN OBASANJO AS NIGERIA’S CIVILIAN PRESIDENT (1999 – 2007)

You were given a fifteen-year sentence by Sani Abacha’s military administration for allegedly preparing a coup, and after serving three years of that term, You were freed in January 1998 by Abdulsalami Abubakar after Abacha’s death. On January 28 of that year, you joined the PDP, and on February 14, 1999, the party’s primary election saw you win the nomination for president. You won the 1999 presidential election for Nigeria’s civilian government with 63% of the vote as the PDP’s nominee and Atiku Abubakar as your running mate.

ENHANCED INTERNATIONAL REPUTATION OF NIGERIA

You spent the first quarter of as a president while in office restoring Nigeria’s reputation abroad, which had been damaged by Abacha’s rule.

THE NIGERIAN POLICE FORCE’S EXPANSION

The Nigeria Police Force increased from 120,000 when you took office as civilian president of Nigeria in 1999 to 325,000 in 2007. This did not decrease the rampant abuse and violence of the police at the time.

ESTABLISHMENT OF SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

You also founded several significant organizations as ex-President General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo that are still in use today. You launched several agencies, including the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC), the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFFC), and the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration Control (NAFDAC).

NIGERIA’S LITERACY RATE ROSE

The adoption of the Universal Basic Education Program during your tenure as Nigeria’s civilian ex-President General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo also contributed to an increase in literacy rates in that country.

PRIVATISATION OF GOVERNMENT-RUN BUSINESSES

588 public enterprises made up 55% of the external debt when you took office in 1999. You established the National Council of Privatization in January 1999 to stem the rising debt resulting from managing these public firms. Except for those engaged in oil production, many governmental enterprises were privatized. As a result of the significant reduction in external loans and increased private investment in Nigeria, the country’s economy ultimately improved.

Other accomplishments of ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo are listed below:

In 2000, you increased the minimum wage by two times. (ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo)

In Abia and Anambra, the Bakassi Boys, a vigilante gang, are thought to have killed 2,000 people. You ordered the Mobile Police to disband them.

You increased government spending on health from its previous level of 0.2% of GDP to 0.4% of GDP.

Under your leadership, Nigeria’s growth rate increased from 3% to 6%.

As you left office, Nigeria’s foreign reserves had increased from US$2 billion to US$45 billion.

18 billion dollars in debt relief were obtained by you from the Paris and London Club. The total amount of Nigeria’s debt was reduced by $30 billion.

Ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo’s administration saw the introduction of mobile communications in Nigeria. MTN in Nigeria was established in this manner.

ECONOMIC ACHIEVEMENTS

During the administration of ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo’s presidency, Nigeria’s economy experienced significant growth and expansion. One of your most notable achievements was the establishment of the Debt Management Office (DMO) in 2000, which helped Nigeria to restructure and reduce its external debt burden. This debt relief initiative earned Nigeria a debt pardon of over $18 billion from the Paris Club of creditor nations. This move resulted in increased investor confidence, leading to a boost in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and economic growth.

Additionally, as ex-president of Nigeria General Matthew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo, your administration implemented various reforms to enhance the business environment, promote trade and investment, and encourage entrepreneurship. One of these initiatives was the establishment of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), which facilitated the promotion and coordination of investments in Nigeria. Your administration also introduced the National Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (NEEDS) which was aimed at promoting economic growth and poverty reduction through the development of the non-oil sector.

POLITICAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Ex-president of Nigeria General Mathew Okikiola Olusegun Obasanjo was instrumental in strengthening Nigeria’s democratic institutions and ensuring peaceful transitions of power. Your administration introduced electoral reforms that made the electoral process more transparent, credible, and inclusive. Additionally, you ensured the independence of the judiciary, resulting in a more efficient and effective judicial system.

You used these three conceptual mechanisms in his administration in the nation-building process during your civilian government which fostered peace unity stability during your Administration. These are Power sharing, Zoning, and National Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (NEEDS).

SOCIAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Under your leadership Sir, Nigeria made significant progress in improving access to education and healthcare. Your administration established the Universal Basic Education (UBE) program, which aimed to provide access to basic education for all Nigerian children. You also introduced the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), which aimed to provide affordable healthcare to all Nigerians.

It's time to act and intervene early and mount pressure on our leaders before the situation develops into a crisis in your lifetime, which you always do and intervene whenever there is a crisis in Nigeria

We would like this restructuring to happen in your lifetime because we know and trust that you can give us this assistance and support in your lifetime to see the birthing of a new nation called the United States of Nigeria (USN) as a sovereign country with sovereign states UNITED without any DIVISION where each state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN)

We have written to the President, ex-presidents, Ministers, and important dignitaries in government present and past which was published in Punch Newspaper on December 3rd, 2023 pg 14 regarding the concerns we raised in restructuring Nigeria to a Sovereign country with sovereign states under the United States of Nigeria where each state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN)

NB: We are advocating for a total restructuring of Nigeria to a new name called the United States of Nigeria (USN) based on a sovereign country with sovereign states united without any division. We must place priority on the love and unity of our country called the United States of Nigeria (USN) above any tribal and religious sentiments. Furthermore, any state that wishes to break away from the new nation called the United States of Nigeria (USN) will be confronted by the whole states

Hence, Sir, we would like you to stretch yourself to assist and support us in using your influential power to reach admirers, friends, critical stakeholders, and associates to support this course for the restructuring of Nigeria to a truly Federal republic as a sovereign nation with sovereign states united without any division which is economically and politically strong in taking its right place in the committee of nations as United States of Nigeria (USN)

Sir, we are repeating, that the situation of our country Nigeria has reached a peak of need and urgency to restructure our country now to prevent war, instability, separation, and crisis. An adage says ‘Prevention is better than Cure’

We appreciate your response and your early intervention sir, regarding the concerns we raised

Yours faithfully,

Prophet Wale Olagunju (President)

Title: RESTRUCTURING IN NIGERIA – EXPLORING THE IMPERATIVE AND CHALLENGES (Part 1)

Introduction:

Restructuring has been a recurring and contentious discourse in the Nigerian political landscape, often positioned as a last resort to address deep-seated issues that have hindered the nation’s progress. This multi-faceted concept encompasses a range of proposals, from decentralization of power to resource control, aimed at fostering national unity and development. In this exploration, we delve into the imperative of restructuring Nigeria and the challenges it presents.

Historical Context:

Nigeria’s historical journey, from colonial rule to independence and beyond, has shaped its diverse landscape. The nation, with over 250 ethnic groups and a complex religious composition, has grappled with governance structures that adequately accommodate its diversity. The historical imbalance in power distribution and resource allocation has fueled the call for restructuring as a means to rectify these disparities.

Imperative of Restructuring:

Ethnic and Regional Balance: One of the key imperatives for restructuring is to address the historical imbalances in political representation and resource distribution among Nigeria’s diverse regions and ethnic groups. Proponents argue that devolving more powers to regional entities would empower different regions to address their unique challenges.

Resource Control: The uneven distribution of natural resources, particularly oil, has been a source of tension. Advocates for restructuring emphasize the need for resource control, contending that allowing regions to manage and benefit from their resources would foster healthy competition and reduce dependency on the federal government.

Enhanced Governance Efficiency: Critics argue that the current centralized system is bureaucratic and inefficient. Restructuring, in their view, could lead to a more streamlined and effective governance structure, allowing regions to tailor policies to their specific needs.

Regional Development: Restructuring is seen as a catalyst for regional development. By empowering regions to control their resources and make decisions locally, proponents argue that this approach could spur economic growth and address disparities in infrastructure and social amenities across the nation.

Challenges of Restructuring:

Political Will: One of the primary challenges is the lack of political will to implement restructuring. Political leaders may be hesitant to relinquish control, fearing a loss of power and influence. This reluctance has been a major stumbling block in the path toward a restructured Nigeria.

Ethnic and Regional Divisions: Critics of restructuring argue that it could exacerbate existing ethnic and regional divisions. Creating more autonomous regions might fuel competition and potentially lead to secessionist sentiments, threatening the unity of the nation.

Economic Implications: Restructuring could have economic implications, especially in terms of revenue distribution. The current system provides a centralized pool for resource allocation, and any shift could impact the economic stability of different regions.

Legal and Constitutional Hurdles: The existing legal and constitutional framework may pose challenges to the implementation of restructuring. Amending the Constitution and navigating legal complexities require a concerted effort and broad consensus, which may be hard to achieve.

In Part 2, we will further explore the potential models of restructuring and delve into the ongoing agitation, movement, and perspectives surrounding this critical issue in Nigeria’s socio-political landscape.

A system is only as good as those who practice it whether democracy, communism, socialism, true federalism etc.I have been in this country long enough to understand the psyche of the average Nigerian.
Many years ago one of my lecturers then in the university said why is it that any system that works well in other countries tends to fail when practiced here even from the first day and I found out the reason. It's us the people. Something is fundamentally wrong with our foundation and for the past 64 yrs we have been trying to patch it but the more we try the more failures we are recording.
We practiced the parliamentary system it failed we went so many years with military rule then back to presidential system now we are talking about going back to parliamentary system but truth is if we don't change our corrupt ways no system will ever function as intended.
We saw how inec raised our hopes about a free and fair election last year only for the same inec to.muddle up their own laws and promises they made before the election. So hope you understand what I am saying.

Check it out here! Total Restructuring is what we need in Nigeria. And that's the only way out.

It's either RESTRUCTURING or nothing. Thanks to THE DIRECTORATE OF CONCERNED PATRIOTS IN NIGERIA AND OVERSEAS FOR RESTRUCTURING who has started the movement.

As part of their efforts, here's the OPEN LETTER sent to the President - Bola TINUBU among other stakeholders, publish by Sunday Punch News Paper -03/12/2023

THE DIRECTORATE OF THE CONCERNED PATRIOTS IN NIGERIA AND OVERSEAS

THE BIRTHING OF A NEW NATION, UNIFIED PEOPLE, NEW GENERATION THROUGH RESTRUCTURING UNDER THE UNITED STATES OF NIGERIA (USN) WITHOUT ANY DIVISION --------WALE OLAGUNJU (PROPHET)
The Directorate of the Concerned Patriots in Nigeria and Overseas uses this medium to express our profound gratitude and thanks to our present and past leaders for their past and present contributions, support and tireless efforts in building our nation called Nigeria. We recognize and appreciate your immense support towards building our nation. We also extend our thanks towards great works that you all have done in the past and present, in the capacity of fostering and restoring unity, peace and tranquillity in our nation Nigeria.
We also express all our appreciation and thanks above to ex-Presidents and vice Presidents, patriots, Former and present Governors and Deputy Governors, Former and present Inspector General of Police, Former and Present Chief of Defence Staff. All former and present Chief of Army staff, Navy and Air force staff. All former and Present Senate and Deputy Senate Presidents and Speakers House of Rep. Former and present Chief Justice of Nigeria, all distinguished legal luminaries. We also appreciate all our Royal Fathers, Clerics both Muslims and Christians and notable critical Stakeholders who have contributed towards building our nation in one way or the other.
We also appreciate those who are currently in power, starting from our current President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who was also a former prominent member of NADECO, who fought the injustice which was going on in our nation then. This led to his imprisonment and he was chased out of the country. We also want to remind you sir, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that the fight for injustice which you did not finish during that time you were a member of NADECO, this is the time to continue from where you stopped. It is your desire and passion to fight for injustice in our country Nigeria.

This is the time that you and your present team of Governors, Ministers, members of National assembly and other critical stakeholders including past leaders etc… can come together and rebuild and restructure a new nation called the United States of Nigeria (USN) as a sovereign country with sovereign states.
Texas is a sovereign country and also has a sovereign state under The United States of America (USA). We can also see this, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) making Dubai a sovereign state under them. We can also rebuild and restructure our present nation Nigeria into a sovereign country called The United States of Nigeria (USN) with sovereign states like Kano, Kaduna and Sokoto etc… This will further make our present country Nigeria to be the only African country whose states are united under the new name United States of Nigeria (USN) without any division.
Since we are currently practicing the American presidential system of government, we should also restructure fully in line with the American system of government, which is true federalism where all arms of government will be fully functional. It holds a promise of Nigeria’s redemption. Furthermore, it will rank our nation among the advanced and well organized nations in the world, envied by other countries and it will also resolve many lingering crises our nation is facing and move the nation forward under the new name (United States of Nigeria) with all allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria. Note this important clause, we must place the love and the unity of our country above tribal and religious sentiment. Hence, any state which by whatever means should decide to break from the united states of Nigeria will be confronted by the whole states, for we want to remain one entity under the United States of Nigeria as a role model for other African nations. This will also make Nigeria to be the only African country in the continent whose states are united under the new name called the United States of Nigeria. (As also stated above)
OUR AIM, OBJECTIVE, VISION AND GOAL
Nigeria is currently 63 years of age, the Nation needs to move forward in development through restructuring the nation based on sovereign states towards local and regional development (just like the United States of America) under the umbrella called the United States of Nigeria, still practicing our own presidential system of Government under this umbrella without any division. Our aim, objective, vision and goal is not driven by tribal, religion or political party inclinations, but by the spirit of understanding that Nigeria’s history holds an honest fact that the regional arrangement has been the best in record of sustainable development. Hence, retracing our steps back to the point where the nation fell in 1966, and then by restructuring, it will enhance a genuine national sovereignty, sustainable local and regional development. Apart from this, it will also serve as a catalyst for economic growth, sustainable development, fostering unity, peace, love, tranquillity, equality, and justice under the umbrella of a United States of Nigeria without any division and with high competition among the sovereign states.

WHO ARE PATRIOTS?
Patriots are those who love their country wholeheartedly without any form of compromise and with the fear of God.
NIGERIA TODAY AND THE WAY FORWARD UNDER A NEW NATION This Is the time for us as a nation to remove every bottleneck and hindrances that have been causing crises in our country, implement full restructuring; and practice a true presidential system of government just like the United States of America (USA). For example: Texas is a sovereign country and also a Sovereign state under the USA. Likewise, Kano can also become a sovereign country and also a sovereign state under the United States of Nigeria (USN) without any division. Your Excellency, to this effect, we solicit for your full support towards the actualization of the said RESTRUCTURING for we want to repair the devastations done to many generations up till now.

National Sovereignty is when a nation has the power to govern itself. The country does so without any interference from outsiders, meaning that they have complete control over their own territory. A State’s sovereignty is based on the exclusive power that it exercises over its territory and its people
“What we are advocating for is for our leaders to come together in ‘UNITY’ so as to renegotiate the nation based on sovereign Nation and sovereign states under the United States of Nigeria (USN) without any form of division just like the United States of America and the United Arab Emirate (Dubai).”“However, this will solve many lingering crises by moving our nation forward and favoring every tribe. However, Religion Crisis will be solved because every religious body/individual can practice the tenet of their faith without any hindrance. As well as advancing and promoting the course of the youth.” So, Nigeria must be restructured to have peace, security and progress.
We have 36 states presently and it is impossible to disband the 36 states without causing a greater crisis than before. These 36 states have gone far and so, they are like children who have matured to some extent into adulthood. Disbanding them is like killing the adult children. These 36 states have moved beyond foetus level of babies in their mothers’ wombs. They are no longer there. If we disband them, it is like killing them, their growth and development which would cause lots of harms and injuries. Any child killed can never come back alive. Instead of killing a child, it is better for us to train and redeveloped the child, that is, work on the child for his/ her improvement in the areas of his/her weaknesses. Our committee reviewed many things in order to prevent further crises, instability and war in this present country called Nigeria in order to maintain peace, stability, progress and prosperity.

THE RESTRUCTURED NEW NATION
We need to build a new nation called the United States of Nigeria (USN) which will be made up of SOVEREIGN STATES within our respective regions, but with new modifications in line with the world leading democracy, the United States of America. Each state will have a very high level of autonomy. We are imploring all significant stakeholders in our country to meet, discuss, and fashion a new lease of life for our people through restructuring because the situation in our country today is very horrible.
How do we maintain the Oneness, peace, stability and security of this country? We need to redesign our own sovereignty to fit our targeted purpose, needs and our people which will enhance development, peace, and unity without any division while maintaining that ONENESS. We look at the Sovereignty of the UAE (Dubai), the United States of America (USA) and also the United Kingdom (UK). We realized that we can be under one nation and have sovereign states, united without any form of division. The cement and water which we are going to use to rebuild for a proper rebirth of a NEW Nigeria under the United States of Nigeria (USN) is unity(cement) without any division(water) where each sovereign state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN)
The sovereignty we are talking about is Sovereignty of a Country called Nigeria to be changed to United States of Nigeria (USN) where each state is given its own sovereign power, authority and ability to rule and govern over its own territory to itself independently without any interference from external powers in order to develop as a sovereign state within this sovereign country called United States of Nigeria (USN) united without any division, just like UAE, (Dubai) and USA. However, each sovereign state pledges allegiance to the federal government of the United States of Nigeria (USN) This way each state is given exclusive sovereignty over its own territory to make laws and policies that will enhance development to the grass root level. This is the way of building the ruins and desolations of many generations which we have left for years undone.
The Benefits of this Nation and States Sovereignty
3. Grass root development :Most of our local governments will be developed
4. Power and authority can easily be exercised within the state
5. Laws and policies can be made to suit the needs and development of each state as the people will be involved in state building and development
6. Promoting monopoly of legitimate voices united: The voice of the people can easily be heard from the grass root level as they will also be involved in decision making for state development.
7. The independence, peace, security and stability of each state is maintained and sustained.
8. The rights and freedom of people in the state is protected
9. Better life is provided for all citizens of the state up to grass root levels
The citizens of each state will have an independent mind set let’s build it together we do everything much better when we are allowed to do it our own way instead of having someone else’s forced their own ideas on us
10. Promoting Unity and Social inclusion from grass root level to state level
11. Reducing poverty, instability and inequality from grass root level.
12. Knowing that the benefits of their achievements is first and foremost theirs before everyone else, the citizens of each states will be motivated to work hard; they will develop a can-do spirit and an unanimous and independent mindset of “we can build our states by ourselves” and that together, they can do everything much better when they are allowed to do it their own way instead of having some other people force their own ideas on them.
14. Reduction of poverty, instability and inequality from grass roots level will be achievable as the local and state governments will be direct employees of labour order than the civil servants in factories and other business ventures; these may be fully owned by the state government or partly owned by her in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) to create employments and wealth for the state and of course the nation, using the state’s minerals and other resources and potentials of the state waiting to be harnessed.

Let us go back to the dream of our founding fathers. If those with whom the powers lies now fail to do it, God Almighty shall raise another generation to do it in the nearest future. We pray that God will give you the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to take us to the Promised Land.

It's either RESTRUCTURING or nothing. Thanks to THE DIRECTORATE OF CONCERNED PATRIOTS IN NIGERIA AND OVERSEAS FOR RESTRUCTURING who has started the movement.

As part of their efforts, here's the OPEN LETTER sent to the President - Bola TINUBU among other stakeholders:
THE DIRECTORATE OF THE CONCERNED PATRIOTS IN NIGERIA AND OVERSEAS
OFFICE ADDRESS:
NO. 5, ADEGBITE CLOSE, BEHIND AYOTOZ HOTEL, AGBOWO SHOPPING COMPLEX, UI, IBADAN, OYO STATE, NIGERIA.
OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA - ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU
