Oh, and as per your Safari not browsing, verify that the APN is still there and correct.
Settings-> General-> Network-> Cellular data network-> then under Cellular Data, input the correct APN.

Is Cydia intalled? If it is then your phone is jailbroken proper. You can get apps from Cydia or install appsync and installous from Cydia to get FREE cracked iPAs. if your jailbreaking intentions were just to install free apps from the Apple app store, then you would have been able to do that without jailbreaking your iPhone. As per you no having an account, to remedy that simply open the app store from your iDevice, search for a free app, try to purchase it and you will get the option to open an account. just skip the part for credit card info.

1st customer i used d activation sim for today told me d fone was locked to T-mobile Germany. I configured d activation sim for T-Mobile germany and connected to itunes,itunes replied dat it is not locked to t-mobile. so i used d network finder and discovered it was locked to ORANGE FRANCE(can u imagine). I configured d activation for orange france and withing seconds d iphone4 was officially activated from itunes with IOS 4.3.5. So d guy can reboot anytime he wants. we also discovered dat he can officially unlock it for a fee.

So d tool is very very useful.

wahala dey ooo. honestly all this info u are giving here are just wrong. how can u use d serial number on apple site to know d network?. When u input your serial number at d apple warrantee page, it will ask u to choose your country(its USA by default).
I'm surprised to read all this info from people i thought were iphone gurus. I think d best thing for me now is to just relax and be reading all the infos 
u guys are giving about activation, then when an innocent iphone owner tries it and doesnt work, they will definitely come here and share their experience.

Secondly, I dont think anyone ever claimed to be an iPhone guru here. this is a forum where people share ideas. No man is an Island.

To add the hackulo.us repo to your sources in cydia, simply open up cydia, tap manage -> sources -> edit -> add, and type in http://cydia.hackulo.us/

Incase you already have appsync installed, don't know if you tapped the file you downloaded in installous cos you have to tap it to install otherwise it just sits there.

To install free apps, you first need to have appsync installed. Go to cydia search for Appsync and install it. If you don't find it there then you need to add the hackulo.us repo to cydia for it to show up. Remember to install the one that matches your OS.
