U dont hav to! Just make sure ur dish properly set so that tp 10.803h30000 is green, standing in front of ur dish, below ur dish lnb holder to the right, about 3inches below, 2inches away from the primary holder,attach ses5 using tp 12015v30000 lnb at 9 o'clock hiting 75% and above and blind scan for Etv cape town.

Eutelsat 16/Amos5 tp= 10.803h30000,11139v30000 lnbf at 7 o'clock, badr/multitv tp=12265h27500,12522v27000 lnbf at 8 o'clock, dstv tp= 12245h27500 lnb at 8 o'clock, Ses5 tp=12015v30000 lnbf at 9 or 3 o'clock on dis sat hit 75% and above then blindscan for Etv feed. All the sat with the two tp posted should hav signal before ur sat will b complete. If u r using 60cm use premium gold lnbf on the position of badr/multitv and ses5 to hav a comfortable signal. But for 90cm use all strong new model lnbf or any lnbf. Dont ask further questions about istallation read my previous post.

use eutelsat16 as primary get Amos5 and eutelsat 16, standing in front of d dish using ur 1st lnbf holder about 4inchs ontop of primary to d left track badr then adjust to get both multitv and badr, 2nd lnbf holder still to d left about 3inch 4rm badr or about 7inches 4rm primary, track Dstv, then d 3rd lnb holder track ses5 or eutelsat7 bellow d primary ur right. The above is for 90cm dish, for 60cm (strong offset) only ses5, Amos5, multitv, badr, and Dstv are possible.

I will work on changing my dish, na money things na but I will and since I did track MBC I have not watch any channel outside of news, so that's why it pains me when I'm experiencing cracks

With good tracking skills even 60cm can give u dstv, multitv, bard(MBC HD), Amos5, eutelsat 16 and SES5(ETV Captown). That is, u can us 60cm with 4 lnbf to track 6 satellite.

fantastickisses: The bbc on satellite radio does not give live football commentaries like the one on radio Nigeria side. Has anyone listen to live commentaries there b4? The one am talking about is when u switch between SW and AM, on ur ordinary radio. This tutorial should complement fta since sound and picture goes together. These are 2 complementary things!

Bros are very funny! Sat transmission of sound and pix varies from one sat provider to another! They may be variation sound from the radio to the Irib tv unless from the same source.

The question is can a ”dish” made with cement or plastic receive/attract signals?

the main purpose of a dish is to bring scattered signals running parallel into a focus at a point. So it need wave reflecting substance like aluminium, metal. But plastics,wood or cement can be use if aluminium foil which a reflective substance buried or covered on it, or else it will be like trying to use basket to get water.

HAH: How do I get bein +6 to +12 here in Abuja, I use 2.4 dish. Currently I only get bein 1to+5 on Nilesat

In Abuja, use 3 to 3.5m on Badr bein sport 1to12, or 4.2 to 5m on nilesat bein sport 1 to 19
