IF you urgently need to travel especially with all going on I advise you send passport directly to Accra or Egypt. It took 6weeks for my passport to be returned. However, if not in a rush Lagos or Abuja VAC is fine.

1) they put out all the light while robbing - 1st red flag: Someone in the room may be able to identify the robber(s) hence the need to use torch light to rob

2) On coming to you, seeing your face and leaving - 2nd red flag: Either you are familiar to them or prolonged interaction with you would blow their cover.

It could be a miracle but why would all the others be robbed and you left alone. If no one came to talk to you at all through out the robbery then your claim of a miracle is more valid but since they flashed the torch and you and left you alone; I would veer towards the former.

Most raw materials for major industries can be gotten from China, like wise China would likewise purchase crude oil exports from Nigeria. Knowing fully well that the devalued USD is a function of some strong market forces/cabal.

Trading in Yuan (if readily available should help put in check increasing demand for USD which makes the street USD-NGN rate highly volatile and unpredictable)...

In the long run, USD demand to import goods from China would fizzle out as Yuan would now be used to directly purchase such goods, reducing the pressure on USD within the country

If the spacing between the poles are not too far apart, it does its intended work.

Moreover, don't stay in one state or street and assume all street lights in Nigeria are as poorly installed as some streets you go through often.

Drive (I mean walk self, not drive) through a long street with no street lights and go through another with the yellow lights and come back to give feedback.
