From his response, he sent you pictures of both tv set, and the remote. It is wrong for you to make such claim that seller is not trustworthy. You bought a fairly used tv set, you should not expect it to come with all the glamour, only that graceglory makes it a personal responsibility to ensure his tv sets comes clean, and many of them almost new, because I have experienced that firsthand. What is remote when we could even use apps, or replace. More over, he is asking if the tv set sold to you is below perfection. Let us thank God you did not buy from those who are actually.untrustworthy.

First for the TV:
Bought this TV from Graceglory, to upgrade from a year old 40 inches Samsung 4K that I bought brand new last year, I’m proud to say, this TV is the best purchase I have made in years in the area of TVs. Being an android TV and has a satellite tuner that helps me have less to no boxes around the tv. It Integrates with all my other devices, and the quality of TV is excellent. My sound bars connects seamlessly, my ps4 Pro too, likewise my bluetooth devices. The browser is jet-like, as it shoots like a bullet. No lagging at all. Plus, my apple devices connects seamlessly without glitch. And most of all, the TV is exactly as he described it. It’s clean as new all over. The TV con thin like knife

Second for the seller:

Graceglory knows his onions, he’s an astute businessman. Though, what I wanted was a 43 or 49 inches Samsung UHD, so, I could put my 40 inches in the room, but Graceglory encouraged me to take the Sony. He has a way of allowing you see what you have to benefit if you take his advise, and he’s more interested in his prospect or customer than himself, he’s the kind that still wants to be sure if you’re satisfied after receiving the item, he calls and check from time to time, and that I call customer importance, he has it.
He’s extremely respectful, and responsible. His customer service is over top notch. This guy is amazing.
