I made a post earlier. The phone is just a month old.. I bought it brand new to avoid stories that touch... .but I was chatting and the phone just went off.. . Can you explain that?? ?

Call to inform them of everything you've noticed before you go too. You will find the contact numbers in your Carlcare App.

the phone has nothing to do with the problems you are experiencing now, this is the fault of the carlcare engineers that handled you phone

So bad of Carlcare Uyo.. . I was happy I got my phone back little did I know that my panel was changed and this new one none of the sound output is functioning.. ..
Speaker no sound
Earpiece no sound
External headset no sound..
I don't think I can advice any of my close relative And friends to get such a phone.. . Errors are numerous...
Just for 1 month I cannot enjoy a brand new phone I bought with my little money.. .
First thing on Monday am going back there.. .. Very disappointing. ...
Have said many good things about this product.. . They shouldn't make me regret my decision...

I have done that, i was called this afternoon and i have gotten my phone, but it seems i lost everything as my phone was wiped...i just wan cry as i dey so... Thank God for the quick restore of my phone. But i feel bad cos i lost much files...

I bought ma infinix note 3 around January ending at slot in osogbo but I had to sell the phone few weeks ago, d phone never last me more than 8 hours under heavy usage. I know if I take it to carlcare, dey will take care of it for me but I don't have luxury of waiting for days to get ma device back. Am chilling with ma l9 plus now and I don't regret buying the phone. Na machine and d battery na baddest especially for heavy user like me.

be like i go follow port to Tecno L9 plus.... How much did you buy it? i used L8plus and it was not bad... Help me find buyer for my hot note 3....

I had same issues with my infinix hot note, instead of loosing it I just left it for like 4days for the battery to drain and then plug my charger and oops my phone came back to life

wish i could wait... mine was 100% full and carlcare said i should wait for 3-5 woring days...

bro i am amazed.. i really dunno what will be the issue.... i was in carlcare this morning.. they said 3 - 5 working days... i will update you guys ..
