Good morning my people. Please I need an advise on what to do on this matter. A popular Instagram vendor refused to refund my wife for a failed purchase. My wife say saw the bag on her page and messaged her if the bag is still available to which she responded that it's available. My wife paid for the bag Immediately and after some hours she came back to my wife and said that the bag is no longer available. She promised to refund my wife but it's been almost one month now no refund. She kept on putting my wife on "is coming ".

The amount of money involved is 110k.
