Of course.... That is the right way to go about it in the first place. Forget about the fact that things have changed drastically, yet that doesn't make them right...

Johnpaul88: I'm not interested in this 102- point haulage. We should rather focus on winning the semis against Bayern and earning our place for a memorable final in our magical Wembley. We'll win the league anyway. The points we end up getting does not matter.

We should not be intimidated by the number of goals that Bayern are currently winning their matches with. In the last 3 matches, they have plundered away 16 goals. They are a team in form now.

But against us, it'll not be the same. We are the toughest opponent they 'll be facing up to this point. They've not seen anything like us. But we 've already faced a much tougher opponent when the stakes are high and we manage to come away victorous. I dont see the situation any different now.
You see right through me... If there is any team worthy of stopping Bayern in this year's Champions League, its Barcelona. Like you said, we shouldn't be intimidated by the number of goals they score in the Bundesliga.

Anywayz, I just need everyone to up their game come Tuesday, most especially the defenders. Also, I would want the other attackers (Messi apart) to be ruthless in front of goal. The way I see it, we might not have lots of scoring chances, but whatever chance we have needs to be handled rightly.

In all, despite our shaky defense, I see Barca triumphing after both legs.

We are more than a Club..

poshdiva: Of all the men on Nairaland it is now you I will choose to have kids with. Na suffer be that

Besides, when you are married, it is no longer all about you. You have other people to consider too. I can sacrifice my comfort just to make my kids happy. I wouldn't want them to go through the rigours of divorce. It is really ugly. I wouldn't want them to come from a broken home either.
Thats good to know...

Johnpaul88: The idea of waiting for Messi to burn out before getting another big player is wrong.

I'll love Barca's attack to be less one directional since all them almost comes through Messi. Hence, cage Messi and Barca is off! Our other attackers will look so impotent and you'll begin to wonder if they are players at all. Pedro, Alexis and Villa cant just beat their markers. Alexis case is even more embaressing - he may have forgotten how to beat a marker! The only formula now is to pass to Messi and see what he does with the ball and on many cases, he ends up getting goals and assists.

We are so dependent on Messi and while it gets him alot of personal awards, this is not a hall mark of a big club. We should start diversifying our attacks so that we can be less predictable.

Neymar will help us alot along side Messi and reduce the burden Messi is carrying in terms of chance creation and goal conversion. Neymar can beat his marker with ease in box, something only Messi and Iniesta are capable of doing for us.
He can score goals also. In their league, he's scored 9 in the last 6 games. In Barca, while Messi have plundered a league high 43, none of our so called attackers have reached double figures after over 25 league games. That's unbecoming of attackers that play for FC Barcelona! It's because Messi is so good that he has blinded our eyes to the rot that's going on in our attack. And we think our problem is only defence!.

I 'm very convinced that Neymar will be a success in Barcelona. He'll not be another Robinho but another Ronaldinho, afterall they are all Brazilians. He 'll not usurp Messi's role but he'll complement it. He'll go on to bag goals for us like 30, when Messi will end up with 50 goals. That'll be very fantastic. His understanding with Messi will be telepathic because he can be very fast.

I think it's right for Barca to push for this deal. We'll all be thankful they did!
So true bruv...

[quote author=Alyricist★Laura]^I am Not Really Sure Neymar has such a huge ego{As the Likes of Zlatan Ect}

He probably worships Messi

He probably plays Fifa And Uses Messi more then Himself, Neymar is just a Kid.

I disagree with the point of "wait till he burns out first"...Nah, then you will be stuck in a singular burnt out season with a faded star

Always Replenish at the Opportune Times.

Why wait until he burns out first, at that point you could have missed out on a future mega star{maybe neymar} who possibly would sign with a Madrid or an EpL Team.

Always Replenish The Core, and Inject New Vibrant Plush Talents.

If they don't get along, you can always sell him

However, you can't sell what you have never had, nor can you Resell Value that you previously Passed On

I am all for Barca Bringing in New Players while Messi is Still ~Prime~

Just Bring me a Defender as Well....

Yield: When he comes to your city, meet him at a public place, like a park, and take his things along with you. Find a bench, sit him down and tell him it's best for the two of you to part. Give him your main reason/s for making your decision. Be respectful but firm when you speak. In giving him your reason/s, you would help him get some closure too. Since he's someone who doesn't want to let go, it's likely he wouldn't agree with your reasons, BUT HE DOESN'T NEED TO! It doesn't matter whether he agrees with you or not; or thinks you're making a huge mistake. You're making a decision for yourself and you need to be firm with it. Give him his things, tell him "good luck with everything" or whatever else you want your parting words to be and leave. Hope that works, lol. Good luck.
Yeah... That's more like it gurl

HisRib: Look her up -- she's probably got herself a rich man. I refuse to believe you are over 20 years old. You sound very naive. This is 2013 -- you need to wake up. This generation is the most money hungry generation society has ever seen. If you think any woman in 2013 will stay with you while you are broke & refuse to do better for yourself, you are in for a VERY rude awakening.
Lolzzz... Don't make me laugh gurly. It didn't happen in 2013 but years back. I sound naive?? Thats bizarre and startling to hear from someone who has been very illogical about her arguments. Anywayz, to analyze an issue using a broad spectrum now means someone is under twenty, right?? I don't know your age and don't care to know cause it matters less to me as I deal with people based on their level of reasoning and their ability to handle issues sanely but I am very sure I am very much older than you are, cause a girl who is older than myself cant reason the same way you do..

Anywayz, not trying to insult you or anything, just trying to be sincere with my verdict. Okay?

HisRib: Where is the relationship now? That's what I thought. Listen, I am woman and I am telling you things straigjt up. No sugar coating. I am not here to stroke anyone's ego. The reaity is women will always say stuff like what your previous girlfriend said but best believe after a while all that CHANGES! A man needs to be ambitious.

If a man is "rich" and then goes broke, I have NO reason to leave him. I will stand by him and help get his feet back on track because I know he's capable.
@bolded, don't be ridiculous.. Is there anything that is meant to stay forever if not marriage?? Even marriage of these days don't stand the test of time much less a mere relationship. Just so you know, that wasn't why we broke up, infact its far from that so don't get it twisted. Okay? Besides, the fact that she craved not for those things doesn't mean I didn't make use of my discretion to take care of those things..

But you really need to change your focal point because it aint gonna lead you well, whether you choose to accept it or not.

HisRib: I never spoke of dating a rich man. I simply said he can't be broke. Additionally, I intend on being a career woman -- in other words my source of income won't be my man/husband. BUT I still need a man to make me feel like a woman. He needs to be able to satisfy me in every way possible. Is that so difficult for you to understand?

I just can't figure out why someone who's completely broke would want to date. Even a 5 year old knows having a girlfriend will cost you money.

This is grown folks talk. If you can't handle it don't come into this thread.
I am not against you in any way but you should kinda review your posts or the entire thread as using the word broke might just imply a temporal blip and not as if the guy is in penury. You catch my drift? Even the so-called-rich-guys go broke sometimes. So, the fact remains that being broke or not, people should be allowed to date for whatever reason they want to.

There is one thing you need to be clear of and that is the fact that you cant date anyone who is broke. That is good and fine for you. But don't say they shouldn't be allowed to date like there is a fundamental law against such people dating. Besides, if u would date for money, there are girls that would date just for a guy's intelligence, handsomeness, wisdom, personality just to name a few.

Like I stated in one of my previous posts, money is required to fine-tune the dating experience, to add spices to it, to bring about treats and the likes. I have dated someone who doesn't like me taking her out or buying a gifts or the likes... What she ever craved for was just to be with me alone because whenever she was with me she was always happy and that was what she craved for. Please and please the bedrock of your relationship shouldn't be money... Besides, someone who is broke today might also be well to do tomorrow if he knows what he is doing. And a rich guy of today can eventually become flat-broke tomorrow.

Do u see right through me?

Romance › Re: Can You Give Your Partner A Second Chance If Caught Cheating? by dmcdad:
WackyJ1: See guys here giving fake fake answers...
Forgive Cheating? Never... Why would you? You two had an agreement, she broke it, cheating does not just start from the sex part, it starts when the girl starts doing things she should only have done with you with another guy, from the small things like hanging out extra with him, exchanging texts with him and saying sweet things to him and then denying your existence...

For those of you guys saying you will forgive the girl. After you do come and talk to me, after i finish talking to you, you'll pick up the phone right there and then and break up with the girl...
My bro... Everyone has its own principle in life. No matter how grievous a case might be, there are people that would yet treat them in a simple manner.

Now let me break this into two aspects; partner in just a relationship and partner as in wife. Now, if u are talking about a partner in a relationship, I would forgive like i did to my ex. But then like I stated in my previous post, it wont be easy to do at all, but yet I would forgive her. The thing about someone like me is that, I am very sensitive to whatever that is going on, whether in my presence or my absence. I get triggered by an impulse when something is not right about anyone I am having some emotional tie with, and so it helps in giving me a glimpse or an insight of what is going on. And from there I start preparing my mind and also watch closely for visible clues that would confirm that feeling of mine... After confrontation, what would really determine if things would work out for good is if u are truthful in telling me what conspired with whomever is involved and also refraining from such in the future. To be sincere, things would not be as smooth as ever but then if the person's commitment towards the relationship is greatly improved and I see visible and convincing changes in all areas, I would definitely let go..

Secondly, if it were a partner that is my wife, I would also forgive since my nature doesn't allow me to harbour grudges against anyone for whatever reason. But! It would be very difficult and almost impossible for me to love and trust her as much ever again! If not for the fact that, I dont believe in divorce and the likes, that would have been the case but since its outta my options, she would remain my wife but, would never win my total trust again. The reason I hate to talk about these kinda issues is that, unfaithfulness and the likes are things I am strongly against and have never tried and hope not to ever try, not in a relationship or even marriage cause I detest it passionately.

Anywayz, I understand hook, line and sinker why you have to react to the subject in such manner, but the fact remains that people are different and as such would react to certain situations differently. In as much as I detest cheating, i also have a heart and try as much as I can to be considerate to a level God too would reckon I have tried... If u know what I mean..

Ehen..?? Okay I hope u wont complain when men cheat or something cause Abraham had Sarah when he was given the go-ahead to sleep with his slave girl.. So, you see! The same nature man was created to be a provider, so also was he created to have more than one woman.. If u no agree with this, me sef no agree with ur own. Simple!

Yes! And moreso, I don't mind a girl who has virtually none of what i am looking for... But, one fundamental thing is one who is humble and ready to learn at all times.. She might be a nonentity, but her willingness in learning and accepting corrections would definitely make-up for her...
