You just have to play some game with your letter of motivation and job experience by applying to more than one institution. You may want to consider colleges or universities that are less competitive and are not rigid in their admission requirements.

Some are not very much rigid on your academic qualification grades; they consider more than your academic qualification and grades.

For a third class graduate student, what school will you recommend he or she chooses for his/her pgd course(computer science) and can he switch to another course?
