If the Supreme Court follow similar ruling as the appeal court, we will abandon ADC and go to PRP. This is the wisdom of going straight to the Supreme Court. It gives finality so we know early enough.

Anyway, the Supreme court will definitely give a similar ruling as the Appeal court as there is really nothing to appeal against. David Mark should go and explain himself to justice Nwite of the FHC and stop the frivolous appeals and propaganda against INEC chairman.

You lack comprehension. The appeal court gave several orders including going back to the FHC which the ADC knows was designed to waste time only so that INEC deadlines will be missed.

We're shorting the process by going to Supreme Court so that we can activate plan B in time should they give outrageous judgment

They said the appeal court did not suspend them from office, that it is Bola Tinubu who is using INEC to oppress them, but they went to the Supreme Court to vacate the appeal court order for their temporary suspension from office.

I'm happy it's coming quickly. If the Supreme Court rules against David Mark then we activate plan B. If it rules in favour, the momentum would be unprecedented!

How does all of these releases help these folks in ADC.... Did INEC ever say they did not recognize Mark, all they have said is that the court has told them no longer to recognize him and as a responsible organization they have obeyed. The real question should be, under what circumstances did they even recognize him in the first place?

For those who do not know, INEC so far does not even recognize even the other guy, all INEC has said is sort out your issues and go back to the court and let us know the outcome and we will recognize whoever you guys agree on.

Whatever is even the case, why is ADC refusing to go and defend their decision at the FHC as ordered by the Appeal Court? If the court did not give any order that affected the legitimacy of the David Mark leadership, why did they appeal the judgement to the Supreme Court? Why did they file a motion for stay of execution?

As at today, they have refused to go back to the FHC where the judge is waiting to give them an accelerated hearing. Instead, they are fooling around with daily propaganda on social media thinking they can blackmail INEC into disobeying a valid court order.

You're commenting as though you're an observer from Ghana and as such the misgovenance of Tinubu and APC doesn't concern you.
