This is just 5% of the issues and nuisance in the Mile2/apapa region. The unnecessary extortions by area boys, police, customs etc on Tokunbo vehicles on that road is alarming. You’d spend nothing less than 10k on the road driving a Tokunbo car from apapa to Mile2, they will still steal things from your cars in motion.
Police will take their own and leave the area boys to extort you, army self go collect Tokunbo money, anybody with a reflective will mount road block and collect 1k per vehicle.
The whole area needs to be raided with a strong task force.
not just in Mile 2 and Apapa alone, it had spiral out of control, even in Ojo road, mba and cardoso they do collect from such cars,

worst still they will use that rubber pipe to bash your car, as you drive off

Nigeria Elite schools are just loosing value every single day.

~No good morals
~Lack of discipline
~Bunch of lazy teachers waiting for month end to receive their peanut.
~No code of conduct

I feel Elite schools are just for mere business ground. They are just ripping parents off their hard earned money. I can't be paying over 400k in a term and you can't instill good morals on my kids.

Now, I think parents should consider registering their children in government schools.
it's not about those elites schools, but the parents and their kids choice of friends

I am sorry for writing siblings in place of relatives. The key thing is the poster said the mother got the property from her father while her father was still alive. And the woman did not giver the property to the poster while she was alive. So, my statement remains valid. Shift too.
thank you,

now let's face the topic, even if her father does not willed those properties to his mother, by defa6it still belongs to her, same applied to the Opposite,

now in marriage any property gotten before marriage belongs strictly to the owner, it's only the property gotten after marriage that is usually contested with, even in divorce cases too,

so by default those properties belongs to the Op,

Thanks, and case close cool

You are the one who does not know what you are saying. The poster said his mother's siblings tried but failed to collect the property because the mother's father, before his death, gave the property to the mother. Second, the mother died without writing a will for the property. So, the father owns the property. The son will take over when the father dies. Third, I said the father's attempt to sell the property is bad.
e be like say you no sabi English, relatives and siblings nah same thinghuh

you don't see where OP said mother was the only surviving childhuh abi her siblings want come from grave collect propertyhuh,

Your house is not in order, both left and right. Even your mother's siblings dragged her things with you. May God protect you. This is all I can say now.

But by right, your father is most entitled to your mother and her property, just as you will be most entitled to your wife and your wife's property.

Shut up too. The father trying to sell the property is bad. But it does not make him less entitled to the property, as long as the property was acquired by his wife. Your logic is like telling a man to pack out of his own house because he keeps the house dirty. The man abusing his right as a husband and father does not justify the son depriving the father of the father's right. The poster himself should look forward to inheriting and managing his own wife's property. Your father is more entitled to your mother than you are to your mother. You are more entitled to your wife than your father is entitled to your wife. If the poster hates his father's behaviour, the poster should advise the father. If the father rejects the advice, the poster should focus on himself and ensure he does not treat his own children the way his father treats him. Saying the poster has the right to drag the property with the father is like saying the poster has the right to beat up the father if the matter results in physical violence.

Did you read the post? Does any part of the post tell you the mother willed the property to the poster?
you don't know what you are saying,

firstly the mother is an only child, read the post again,

secondly it's a maternal family inheritance , if those properties are in her maiden name, the man had obsolete right to them,

finally it's greediness on the part of the man to wanted to sell it, a wiseman, might had use the rents from those properties to buy lands and own his own properties from it,

if the Oppositeother had been a lazy mother she would had sold those properties long ago,

so the man should hands off,

Ike Shorunmo should go and meet Amusa Adisa and learn that trick from him.....Amusa gave Enyeama,Ejide and Aiyenugba needed opportunity.

Nigeria was still having Ike Shorunmo,Willy Opara,Ademola Bankole,Abiodun Baruwa,Ndubuisi Egbo in abroad and very experience Murphy Akanji was still in NPFL but Amusa Adisa stick to Enyeama,Ejide and Aiyenugba.

Amusa Adisa then was ordinary university coach. In fact my school coach in university of Ilorin. This was a man that discovered ex polish international Emma Olisadebe and Seyi Olofinjana.

Adisa as Nigeria world university game coach dropped some NPFL university players for mere university campus footballers.Fact Olisadebe was playing campus football but was ahead of Edith Agoye of 3sc and NPFL highest goal scorer who made the world university team as UI student.

My point is simple, the man know talent when he see one.Alloy Agu spent good six years with no discovery.

Do we really need ex international to manage our team. The new match reader is somebody like thegoodjoe,BascoVanVeli, and some guys here.I keep on advising guys who are knowledgeable about the game to go to NIS and do the needful.
good advice on the Amusa part,

as a pupil and former coach, hope he and IKE still connected, besides IKE will bring what he learnt from him onboard too

I do factory job back in the days. See. Most Nigerians don't know what happens in our society and how bad things are.

You sef nor talk am well here.

Do you know that it is assumed that you don't stay still, bend or rest doing these jobs?

We were so monitored in a way that you can't stand still for five minutes at all.

Break just 40 minutes and work is dusk till dawn. No idling, even for five minutes.

THE OWNER OF THIS FACTORY WAS RAKING IN ATLEAST 20-30 MILLION MONTHLY AND WAS CONTESTING FOR THE HOUSE OF REORESENTATIVES. SO IT WASNT A CASE OF A LOW PROFILE PERSON OR LACK OF FUNDS. THE AVERAGE BLACK MAN DOESN'T SEE THE NEED TO RESPECT HUMANITY. I QUITTED AFTER I ACQYIRED ALL THE KNOWLEDGE THAT MADE ME APPLY FOR THE POSITION WITHOUT A SINGLE WAGE. DID IT OUT OF SELF RESPECT.

No bending down, no standing still, nothing even as short as five minutes. After a while, most factory workers become living corpses, just walking omaround with the core of their lives yanked from them

I feel bad for our work culture

The smell that ensued sent the interviewers running for their lives. In a few moments, the security guard asked me to leave that they will contact me by email.
So, I have been home since thinking how and why it happened.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports and the NFF Executives met yesterday in Abuja.

Today, the NFF Executive Members will be meeting in Abuja.

A new coaching crew for the Super Eagles will be set up.

NFF has informed the Ministry that; They want to go for a foreign coach

The NFF are not interested in any member of the Class of 94 for now.

The NFF won't consider Sunday Oliseh as suggested by the Ministry.

However, the direction isn't clear yet.

I figured that out really, Amaju's primary focus is the Super Eagles and nothing else, hence the downward trend of every other strata of our football team since he took over. However, aren't there persons in the NFF whose primary responsibility is the female football? Isn't that why Aisha Falode is there? It's just saddening.
thing is he can't be running everything at same time, that's why there Aisha, for women's football, the buck of all reports usually lands at Pinnick table as the president,

while the Super Efilko is the numero 1, of our football, I don't know if there are people saddled, with our male age graders like the females
