Andrew... we're not.
When last did we have anything relating to U17 and U20 in Nigeria?
We need to invest the same energy we use in approaching these FBs to invest in our grassroot football too. Our HGs are the foundation of the team, any FBs that wanna play for us should make up his mind.
Look at how fast Plumptre's switch was....
The way Ekong stepped up to take the penalty..
Balogun going to Ghana's dressing room to congratulate them.
Those are the kind of FBs we want not those that are just playing for playing sake or just to boost their career.
So the one TheSuperNerd posted up there, no relate to awa U-17 abihuhhuh

I thought the deadline for this NIN-SIM linkage thingy has elapsed. huh

What is this I'm reading here again?

So Nigerians have not finished linking their SIM with their NIN all these while? What does it even take to get this done? Is it not just a text message? That's just what I did, or is there something else in addition? huh
of the govt is/was serious, it should been a continuous exercise , cos every seconds and minutes a new line is issued, and more than a million people attends the military age of 18yrs

plus they should had put in place, a timeline to issued plastic cards, it's not rocket science printing plastic cards and with all the billions and millibudgeted for it,

BTW the Talcos are the ones that will lose greatly from it, will crime will spike6, and innocent people will be charged with nothing they knew of

Do you guys know that Uzoho had only played a World Cup qualifying match once for Nigeria, prior to this playoffs?

Our entire group stage, Maduka played most of it. Uzoho only had one game.

Funny fact, because we were talking about World Cup experience here, but the African experience is not quite the same as the World stage.

Anyway, I hope NFF will be contacting Ikeme to replace Alloy Agu....assuming he has gotten some form of certification. You check Google, and that news about NFF offering him a job is just everywhere.

I do hope they meant it....and I hope they find a way to afford him, because I know those people are only looking for who will aid their theft.
what coach would you recommend,

and as per TD, I don't wanna see Austin and those yeye ex internationals there again, time for a capable hand to head that department

Congratulations to others who are supporting the other African teams on the spirit of African sportsmanship. Because I can't have another African team qualifying to the knockout and not my own Eagles

the rot in our football had been going on since the time of the Galadimas, maigaris ogunjobi and their likes, with their fire Bridget approachs, always, which had more often result to our age graded coaches, fielding overage players,

wasting scarce resources on owenbe and estacoles, including owning coaches and players, worst still, no tangible sponsor for the team, and when govt threatened to sack them for their wastefulness. they ran to FIFA to threaten back with a ban

Pinnick had his flaws, no thanks to covid, and scarce resource, the U-15, U-14.and U-13 tourneys, we're leave behind, he went ahead to get sponsors, even branding our football,

if he had had his way, we could had done better at Afcon and be the once celebrating World Cup ticket,

BTW it is well we muvvvvvv

besides Dare too was once a sport journalist, so it's easy to swell him
