Ebullience: President Muhammadu Buhari’s Personal Assistant on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, on Tuesday launched a fresh verbal attack on the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Onochie said the Atiku Presidential campaign organization inherited the remnants of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
In a tweet, the Presidential aide claimed that the former Vice President’s campaign organization was using IPOB’s system of “cursing/insult” in its campaign.
She, however, stated that the Federal Government’s youth empowerment scheme, “can help them,” since insult and curses did not work.
“Every society has its dregs. The Atiku Campaign Org has inherited the remnants of what used to be known as IPOB. They are using the same system of cursing/insult which did not help them.
“NPower, a laudable youth empowerment programme of the Buhari Administration can help them,” she tweeted.
StOla: Attached is a sample certificate for the 1961 WASC conducted by Cambridge and WAEC.
The certificate can been seen not to have any Certificate No.
Instead there is an Index No. 8390/152 at the bottom right of the certificate.
The Index Number is the candidate registration number which for Buhari is 8280/002 as indicated on his School statement of result, on the Cambridge result master sheet, and on his recently issued Attestation by WAEC.
For Buhari 8280 is the center number. 002 is the candidate exam number.
For the attached certificate sample that is not for Buhari, 8390 is the center number. 152 is the candidate exam number.
Therefore with this irrefutable evidence from wayback in 1961, WAEC is very accurate to have indicated "Not Applicable" in the entry for Original Certificate Number. That is because those who wrote in 1961 and older years never had certificate numbers on the document, just the registration number (Index No.) was used on the document.
WAEC has included "Candidate No" in Buhari's Attestation, 8280002.
That is all the number that exist on a 1961 WASC Certificate issued by Cambridge and WAEC. I repeat, there is nothing like Certificate Number on a 1961 WASC certificate.
This means the ignorant fellows who claim WAEC forged its own document, are simply illiterates who are arrogant with their own ignorance.
This is also not to convince those who do not want to be convinced, because they need a propaganda to peddle. We all know that it is impossible to awaken someone who is pretending to be asleep.
Sample of 1961 WASC certificate (not belonging to Buhari) is picture 1.
Appreciation for sharing. Before now I have decided to abandon those ready to commit suicide on this case to their faith after checking up the meaning of N/A(Not Applicable) “Not applicable” means that something does not apply. “Not Applicable”, usually shortened to “N/A” is often used when filling out forms, to indicate that the information requested does not apply to the person who is filling out the particular form. - quora.com
StOla: Need I remind you that the Cambridge WASC exam of 1961 was conducted in collaboration with West African Examination Council, and original certificates issued then bore both Cambridge and WAEC.
So yes, WAEC has every right to issue documents for exams it has been collaborating on and for which it had been involved in the certificates, before it later became exclusive to WAEC alone.
Cambridge Master Sheet already shows you in the top left corner that WAEC was involved then in 1961, and certificates from that era clearly bore both Cambridge and WAEC.
See the Cambridge Master sheet attached.
See also a sample Certificate (Not Buhari's own) from a distant time.
Mam, you really have patience standing up to an IPOB foolery.
xelly: Buhari is FRAUDULENT and lack the capacity to lead a country. First is that he is not qualified, secondly, what has he done to prove that he has the capacity to manage the economy? Buhari has plunge Nigeria into debt. I challenge him to discuss the economy in townhall which will be televised by CNN, BBC etc and questions be asked by his interviewers. Or Buildings should be interviewed by Amanpour. He should tell us what's up with the economy.
richidinho: Buhari wrote his WAEC in 1961, how come he is been graded with the A1,B2,B3 system in 2018? do you think that was how their results were graded in 60s?
The production of this certificate must be giving some of you bad dreams causing you t be imagining grades. Where did you see B2 and B3?
Dont be decieved by those comments, there is no way waec will issue a certificate in 2015 with an old grading system, that is why mathematics and woodwork were removed from Buhari's cert because he failed those 2 subjects , are you telling me that was the practice since inception?
You typify the typical youths on Atiku miserly monthly stipend - they have lost their their body and soul. Reason why you can't reconcile yourself to the numerous corrections concerned compatriots freely and willingly offer you. I wrote WASC O/L in '84 and was graded according to the grading system then in my statement of result.. I didn't obtain my certificate till the late '90s when a new grading system was already operational. You don't expect WAEC to write on my certificate grades that are different from those on my statement of result. Do you?
Well, it will not be a smooth sailing in 2019 election for PMB not because of this jaundiced posts and several of its kind on social media but solely depends on whether PMB and his team will be so complacent as to allow Atiku & co a look in.
1. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria have the power to issue certificate the SECOND time after the first is issued and without first retrieval of the first certificate (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?
2. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria (and globally) have the right to issue a fresh certificate to an individual after a previous issuance even when the individual never reported that the previous certificate contains error nor returned same to allow for a fresh certificate to be issued (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?
3. Is it not expected of WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria to issue a certified true copy of certificate to individuals whose certificates got lost, stolen or damaged, as with the global norm and policy?
4. If President Buhari swore on oath on five occasions (2003, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019) that his original WAEC certificate was with the Military board, does it not amount to fraudulent practice for him to be issued a fresh certificate by WAEC?
5. If President Muhammadu Buhari applied to WAEC for misplaced/stolen/damaged original certificate, is WAEC permitted under the law to issue a fresh certificate or a certified true copy of the previous certificate?
6. If question 5 is the case, does it not amount to deception under oath by President Muhammadu Buhari to have alleged in his affidavit that his certificate was with the military board instead, and thereby committing perjury?
7. Has Nigeria become a Banana Republic where those in power are permitted to do as they please without regards for procedures, policies and laws?
8. If WAEC claim that the new certificate issued to President Muhammadu Buhari is "Attestation Certificate", is it ideal for such to be issued when the President swore to oath that the original still exist and is with the military? Or Was it a false attestation made by President Buhari?

See how you are being used for target practice. I don't know how you came about the belief that you know better and therefore possess superior knowledge more than PMB advisers and WAEC officals combined when it was agreed that this approach should be adopted. Well, at least, you have likes and quotes from your IPOB minions.
Modified: It appeared WAEC envisaged irrelevant commentaries like yours hence this currently on front page
The fact is, back in 1961, when he joined the Army , there was no way they would have let him in without his WASC. , or at least proof he wrote the exam.
TO beleive Buhari has no certificate is to assume that the Nigerian Army in 1961 was already corrupt that they were admitting people without WASC certificate.
Back in 2015...Bubu's old school released the Continous Assesment Sheets...which prove he wrote the exam.
And as Gen Akinrade stated honestly....back then when you joined the Army, you handed over your certificate.
The whole certificate stuff only became politically important when APC was poised for victory in 2015....
Infact why didn't Obasanjo, and Yaradua and even GEJ ask questions back in 2003, 2007 and 2011? Were they blind, or was INEC blind all those years.
Plus Bubu has gone on the record stating that his certificates were lost during the coup that removed him from office in 1985.
I don't like Bubu. I don't like APC, or PDP. But at the same time, this conspiracy theory has got to be put to bed once and for all. Bubu wrote WAEC. He also got through the Nigerian Defence Academy, and several courses at home and abroad...including a course at the US War College.
Bubu wrote WAEC. For you not to beleive he did...is to beleive that the white people that were still running our Army (until 1963, the COAS/GOC Nigerian Army was British).....were so lacking in meritocracy that they chose an illiterate Northerner to become an officer in the Army....when at the same time people like Abdulsalam Abubakar, Ibrahim Babangida, etc....had to join with WAEC results.
(IBB by the way, got his WAEC certificate over 20 years after he wrote the exam. Does he sound like an illiterate to you?)
Nigerians!
Again, I don't back APC. or PDP.
Your post is the unadulterated truth but the guy you quoted is an irredeemable political bigot who will rather throw his God given sense of reasoning in the mire of political debauchery. He was on this platform in 2014 when the whole certificate issue broke till when Cambridge released a photocopy of Buhari's certificate. Today he is an IPOB convert, his sense of reasoning has therefore deserted him.
When a co pilot chooses to abandon his loaded aircraft at the point of take of on the runway, then something must be wrong. Either the aircraft is a death trap or he has terrorist(s) on board
it was a smart step in the right direction not just for the PDP but more importantly for Nigeria and Nigerians
...agreed it was a smart step but to the benefit of Atiku and Atiku primarily, PDP is of secondary interest and Nigeria's, please don't deceive yourself. The lobbyist was hired most likely for 3 purposes 1.to deflect Trump's administration attention from Atiku's sordid past, 2.gauge the administration perception of an Atiku's candidature, 3.and gradually find a way to get that elusive U.S visa for Atiku. Despite the public posture to the contrary, Atiku needs the visa like he needs life.
...the Nairaland front page headline that screams that PDP hired "Trump's Lobbyist" is wrong, false and downright dumb
4kDdullard: Patriotic Nigerians should not relent in disgracing the lifeless thing with his past records. He must not be rewarded for his monumental failure, we are tired of being ruled by an illiterate with his political bandits.
I just found from Wikipedia that Agbakoba is a disgruntled 5%ter with IPOB blood running in his veins like you. Like 4kDullard AgbakaDullard
AGNESikpuNNU: Are you aware that the same Obasanjo has told Buhari severally not to contest or get disgraced? Or does your Daura dunce want to be disgraced
Attachment by a 5% group. Check all the threads and their numerous responses on these platform. Those against PMB are 99% from the IPOB republic. OBJ has hardly influenced elections conducted in his ward since 1999. So tell me what electoral value do OBJ and your 5%ters have in the present scheme of things in Nigeria
Those who disregarded OBJ revelation went to court, till this moment they are still there. I heard a set of another paid charlatans are set to embark on same journey again in 2018 for same reason. My advise for them is they should look out for footprints of returnees from the previous journey.
Below is what the former president allegedly said:-
The truth of the matter is that Jonathan is aware that Buhari is qualified to contest for President Election but some hawks with Jonathan, do not want him to contest Because they believed that he will win and come for them.
The issue came up in 2007, and we investigated and found out that his WASEC is with the military and that was why he was allowed to contest in 2007.
Buhari cannot listen to anyone about his certificates because as a General of Nigeria Army, he will speak when he chooses, not by Femi Fani Kayode and Okupe asking him.
Fayose and other corrupt People including Kashamu do not want Buhari because of his anti-corruption slogan.
Even Jonathan did not finish his PhD course but when it was presented we stated that, it does not matter but many people do not know because it was PDP thing.
I see Buhari as the next President and Jonathan is aware of that, and that is the reason they are hitting him everywhere to put confusion in his camp.
LordAdam16: First off, by typical government protocol the states would have written the FG in an official capacity. Which failure to respond would have led to this suit.
The APC FG didn't respond to that correspondence. Then when the suit was filed by PDP states, they let 1 year go to waste (which is way worse than arguing the case but technically still counts as arguing the case. If you receive a summon today and don't go to court until 3 months time, you've had the case against you and argued it for 3 months. You don't get to cherry pick the dates). Both are clear signs of "idiocy."
The bottom line is that the APC FG did not initiate the review. In fact they wasted the past two years rigmaroling and ignored correspondence from PDP states to that effect until the case was taken to court.
That is a glaring sign of idiocy that you've conveniently ignored because this was simply meant to be a propaganda piece. I could staple this to your forehead and you still wouldn't see it because you're a propagandist now.
-Lord
Too much speculations and partisanship in your argument. Don't assume you know all that surrounds the case.
This lady's wedding finger is about to be amputated any moment from now. The wedding ring refuse to come off and the finger is swelling everyday. Any hope?
@Op, you are closer to the truth than you can image. It is only human to allow your fellow beings some momentary episodes of joy. We don't want the wailers to die, NL will no longer be interesting.
I am most happy at this gesture by PMB The suffering of a 74year old retiree neighbour will now be addressed to a large extent. May all the affected get reprieve in God's speed
mbagideon: man what you dey talk just trying to sound intelligent right he's saying that's the minimum qualifications you need for an elective post in Nigeria is that right or not stop bringing up side issue
Your befuddled reasoning won't allow you to appreciate the gravity of the issue.
TonyeBarcanista: The Constitution is very clear, being educated up to secondary school level is enough, others are extraneous
I don't expect you to argue differently. Whatever she is going to present as qualification cannot invalidate what she presented earlier. And should such scenario arise, she is going to have a load of questions to answer.
CROWNWEALTH019: Na for Enugu you wan start the not too young, una miss road
Ozaoekpe, what is your business with Enugu state. It's obvious this local success of Atiku has become too intoxicating for you guys. Oshiomole has made many of you in PDP stateless in Edo.
