On the verge of starting a professional career in banking sector; but I want to weigh out my opportunities before starting it.

As an Field Officer Agency for a particular bank in Nigeria; what are the possibilities that the bank can convert someone to full staff?

Is it possible that, they can lay off someone in that particular job role easily?
