I understand your comment, but you don't know my story. My mom gave me up to my guardian when I was just 2 years old and never looked back. It wasn't until 2021, almost 30 years later, that she suddenly reappeared in my life. I've been living with the last name of my guardian, but things have been tough since he passed away. Sadly, I think that the election petition regarding Adamawa state has run its course even to the supreme Court and the PDP has maintained that seat. Generally, customer service is not a thing in Nigeria. On a normal day, the average Nigerian is rude. Now combine that with poor pay and a less than ideal work environment and you get less than efficient customer service.
From banks, restaurants, fuel stations.. just name it. We have a terrible customer relationship culture in Nigeria and that's a fact.
