By offering to handle logistics for petrol stations and outlets and by offering them 500,000 litres on credit for every 500,000 litres bought, Dangote has expressedly declared his willingness to be a monopolist. No one buys 500 CNG trucks just for fancy. If you are handling refining and downstream operations with free logistics thrown in, you are damn well on your way to being a monopolist! The price Dangote will set will make it virtually impossible for NNPC and MOMAN to effectively compete except government reintroduces subsidies. Dangote knows this and that's why he has chosen this path.

I don't care if Dangote becomes a monopolist. Will price of fuel drop? Will it always be available? These are things I care about.
