am really surprised at your case.i do online transaction with my bank first bank plc and have never had any problem.they always send me mail when i log into their system and they always send me new ways people use to scam others so am quite careful with mine am still surprised how they were able to hack into your account and secondly it will be easy for them to get the person because the persons information and passport photo will be in the account used to scam you although they might use a fake passport and pls this case is not a case of email.your wife should go there in person so that it will be ironed out

Am a resident of abuja and an out going person ive come to notice that nomatter what government does prostitution is still in the increase.check out spots like rita lory in garki joints in area 11 and so many joints you find them .the most annoying is that this ladies are young and from what I see they are between the ages of 18 to 30.wearing skimpy gowns that any move you see their underwears .they are bold that they come in an other beers, spirts or even beers like big stout at many times out drink the males that are there either to have fun or pick them for the nite and I ask this question are they parentless or is that the parents are aware and are urging them on .please people I ask what can be done to deal with this situation? Cause arresting them doesnt work any more .
