Dear sir,
I'm not too vast in that aspect of visa issuance, but one thing I can tell you is this, if you meet all the requirements, you will surely get your visa. Again, with all these factors you mentioned to your advantage, you have a better chance than someone who doesn't have them at all.
Now, how to you start?
It is pertinent that you make serious research on their requirements. cover every aspect of what they require and prepare thoroughly for the interview after gathering all the likely questions you may be asked.
..I will help you out in my little way on that path once I subscribe to my internet bundle.
God bless you.
thanks for the info, as you said, still waiting for the d additional info. JUSTWISE read in copy

Dear Funkebaby, trust you are doing great. I intend to travel as a tourist. The transactions usually occur @ the end of every month and ranges from 30 -150k. Please does it really matter since the cash goes in an out? If it matters, is there a better way of explaining the inflow/outflow cos I ustand that giving out loan for interest is illegal in europe.

Please assist.

Dear sir,
It could have been way more helpful if the countries you travelled to include US, Canada or any Shengen countries within the last 24 months, although the UK there is an advantage.
However, this are the requirements for travel visa as provided on their site

Please note that the application will only be accepted when it is complete, i.e. when all the required documents are attached. Should there be documents missing the application will be rejected and the applicant has to apply afresh for a new appointment.

As regards the interview questions, you should know this , from the little chit chat I had with an interviewee at the embassy
1. Facts about Germany
2. Very plausible reasons for travelling, e.g wedding, thanksgiving, etc
3. The relationship with your guest
4. Your profession
5. Your account, properties and other things that ties you to this country
6. Facts about the city where your host resides
7. Everything about your host from name, address, marital status, profession, place of work, income, etc

I will update the post when I remember more questions.
Hope you find it useful.
Good luck.

All the documents you mentioned above are very important. Also, did you travelled with your family on all these trips you made?

Go online and do the eligibility test and at the end you will see a checklist of documents to submit with the forms
I still want to know if stating that my wife is a homemaker is ok and d visas that are on our passport is enough travel history plus d above info that I gave earlier,if they are gud enough. thank you house

yes, they have d same visas in their passport as mine. I also want to know if stating that my wife is a homemaker reduces our chances of getting d visa and if the visas in our passport increases our chances, off course with other doc. mentioned above. thanking d house for their contributions and concern.

Eke40seven:

Brethren thou needest read the thread at least from page 300 to the present page I beseech thee. The questions thou askest of us hath been answered more than you could imagine..
However, I would give thee the answer and also a past quote that answereth thy question.

. How to submit your application
• Visa applications have to be submitted personally Monday till Friday by appointment only.
• In order to obtain an appointment for submission of your visa application, you are re- quested to send scans of your admission letter, proof of financial means as well as your passport data page by email to rk-visa201@lago.diplo.de. An appointment date will be given to you by return email. Further information may be found on the website of the Consulate General, www.nigeria.diplo.de.
• Please note: Applications sent in before your personal interview cannot be processed.
2. Type of visa required
There are two different categories of visas eligible for students:
