babalose:
2m for the 2 plots
Apology for not responding earlier, N2m can't fly, the plot worth far more than that, if you call i can explain better. Will definitely be at a loss to sell at that price.

Am interested in selling but not desperate. There is a beautiful hostel plan already existing and the plan allow to plan and build in phases depending on your financial capability.

Its a secure land, if you decide to keep it for future, you have no worries

cmoney22222:
Is this price negotible?
No, the land is in a very good commercial location, if at all you will see a slightly cheaper land, you will need money to perfect and register your document with Ogun state, factors this expenses to it might make that more expensive.

No omo onile wahala, no family dispute issue, is a land with rest of mind I can assure you

cmoney22222:
i need one plot for now, whats the price?
Am mostly interested in selling the two but if you need one its half the price. If you are interested in building student hostel (except otherwise) I will advice you look for two plot or at least something bigger than a plot, talking from experience

Plots of land for sale opposite Federal University Abeokuta (FUNAAB) (just 3 minutes walk to FUNAAB school gat). The location is good for student hostel or other commercial purposes.

Benefit of Building Student Hostel

With student accommodation, you earn more in yearly return compare to houses built in residential areas of a commercial cities, depending on your taste, the cost of building is also lesser to a property built in city that will not even generate up to the same amount in yearly return.
Rent can be collected yearly or per school academic session.

Other complementary services like shops, café, service center and so on can also be attached for a daily income.

Student accommodation is one of the low cost investment with greater return

1. Land around most campuses are not that expensive compare to cities and will even bring better return on investment.

2. Student accommodation doesn't require high level finishing which in turn safe alots of money during construction and finishing.

3. Fear of patronage is out of it as student population keep expanding, in Nigeria universities of technology are adding accounting, finance and other administrative course, even university of agriculture are having medicine and surgery courses. So you are always in business.

4. Lower cost great return. A well arranged bungalow student hostel will have better return on investment to a story building of block of flats located in MOST locations in the cities.

5. Forget about those jungle you invest in, land around universities appreciate faster. No need for government bringing the social amenities, all that is required is student population increase which is guaranteed.

Also
1. The land is free from government acquisition (confirmed)
2. Land Survey done and register with Ogun state government
3. Existing Architectural and Structural plan already available (If you want to make it a student hostel)
4. Boundary demarcation.

Wow, what a nice thread, this is really a resource centre for anyone going into vegetable farming.

Kudus to the op, Jethro and those that make the thread lively (choiceman, povore9, jeffmyson, etc).

I have to contact you guys, I was into poultry farming in the earlier part of my career but got a job and have to move on, have like ten accres of land along lagos Ibadan expressway to play with. I have picked up interest in greenhouse farming when we visited a farm in south Africa some years back, I never new Nigerians are already picking up fast, most I heard are in Jos area.

Two months ago I re-open the case on vegetable farming, am about to order some books on the planting and diseases control, surprisingly I never stumble on this thread until today.

Unfortunately I don't have a personal backyard that I can do a pilot project, my plan is to get as much knowledge as possible, visit farms for practical experience.

Jethro, choiceman and co, I will be contacting you guys for support and consultation.

where is your location? I fixed my Sony Xperia z3 around last month and it cost about 20k. The digitizer is together with the screen that's why it is expensive. But the phone is worth it anyway.

Please house, I need help on where I can have my Z3 compact screen replaced. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked and the touch screen has stopped working.

I call some numbers (service centers) that I saw online but was told that they (flydove ikeja and Redington) only repair Sony phones under warranty or that where bought from Sony authorized dealers.

Please I need help fixing the phone back.

Thanks
Any help or info on where this can be repair
