Owning a property in a choice location can be easier
PropertiesOwn Property In Choice Location Through Joint Venture Building System. by domack99(op):
Are you interested in owning a property in a choice location in Lagos but don’t have that huge sum of money? Am introducing a joint Venture build opportunity where you can own flat in a choice location and at a very reasonable price.

I have seen several mortgage and property investment companies selling a three (3) bedroom flat for as high as thirty five to forty two million naira, this entire 4 blocks of 3 bedroom building carcas and the land most times do not cost more than forty million naira.

Though the advantage of the investment and mortgage companies is that, the properties are already built, but the price tag, initial down payments and short period of instalment payment still rendered average income earner propertiless or make it impossible to have property in choice location. The conditions attached even make it difficult for a five hundred thousand naira salary to own property in choice location, except those Lagos outskirts.

With this joint venture building system, four individual can raise ten million naira or less each instantly or may be over a period of months or few years depend on the agreement reached among the investors or their financial capabilities. The money contributed will be for the land and building of the carcass after which individual can take over to work on interior per their taste and financial abilities.

If you need further clarification, information and concerns such as
How do we select individual flat?
Whose name is the property going to be?
What choice location are available?
How do we manage defaulters? Etc.

Kindly reach me on 08021002335.

Note: This is for Lagos based people or people interested in property within Lagos.

if your accent isn't the 2.0L then your engine cost around 650k, I don't know the gear cost sha. Also thise lower litre engine especially bought brand new in naija with 1.6L engine, the engine was built not to be repaired so any overheating that is severe, that is the beginning of the end.

Then the compressor of those years give up the ghost anything around 100k km mileage
Seems you really know this accent car. I bought a 2012 Naija use bought Brand New. More than a year of usage and no major problem. Something I noticed is that my OBDII scanner doesn't pick anything on the car. The AC also do not really chill much but I was surprised, the car is rugged than I thought. And not to forget, the from bumper is very fragile.

HealthCovid19 Is Fraud- Nobel Laureate Dr Denis Mukwege Resign, Blasts Goverment by domack99(op): 5:18pm On Jun 17, 2020
Nobel winner Denis Mukwege on Wednesday said he had resigned as head of a coronavirus taskforce in an eastern province of DR Congo, blaming organisational problems, outpaced strategy and slow testing.

Mukwege, a DR Congo gynaecologist who shared the Nobel Peace Prize in 2018 for his work against sexual violence in war, was appointed on March 30 to lead a committee in South Kivu province.

Panzi Hospital, where Mukwege treats abused women, is also located in the province.

In a statement, he said there had been "weaknesses in organisation and clarity between the various teams in charge of the response to the pandemic in South Kivu."

"We are at the start of an exponential... curve (in infections) and we can no longer apply a strategy that would be purely preventive," Mukwege said.

"I have decided to resign... in order to devote myself entirely to my medical duties and to treat the influx of patients at Panzi hospital."

He said he regretted that it took "more than two weeks" to get coronavirus test results from the national reference lab in Kinshasa -- "a major handicap for our strategy based on 'testing, identifying, isolating and treating'."

Mukwege also criticised developments that he said had "reduced the effectiveness" of the anti-virus campaign.

Mukwege had pleaded in mid-April for partial confinement of people over the age of 60 and compulsory mask-wearing for everyone to help break the chain of virus transmission.

On May 9, he called for "emergency supplies" of tests "before the exponential curve (of infections) gets underway."

The Democratic Republic of Congo has declared 4,390 infections, including 3,980 in Kinshasa and 89 in South Kivu and a total of 96 deaths.

We do appreciate your interest in our work..

1-Ths sizes of the pile cap is differ based on the expected load on particular area in foundation..I have done a foundation of 4 piles carrying a column

2-Well there should be a limit because there is something we call over reinforcement

3-This is very critical in pilling foundation process... The surface of the pile need to well treated and blind before receiving pile cap... Maybe I didn't show the pictures in other projects.. we must have done it

4_Like I said earlier..it has to do with expected load..A good structural engineer will determine that based on soil test by geologist

I hope I answer your questions sir

Woow, I have been following your threads and I will say what a fantastic job you are doing. If you don't mind I have some questions as a student of knowledge.

1. Have seen other thread of yours and I can see that the size of the pile cap used for this project is bigger than the other size you use in your other projects on other threads. The height of this one is like 1 meter.

Is there reason for this? or just to attain more height level, my guess.

2. Is there a limitation to pile cap sizes.

3. Why did you chip out the surround soil of the piles in this project before pile cap casting and was not so in other projects of other threads.

3. What factor determines the pile diameters.

Thanks and great job.

PRESS RELEASE

Chevron Nigeria Limited is taking precautions against the spread of COVID-19 virus

Lagos – April 15, 2020: Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), operator of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation/CNL Joint Venture (NNPC/CNL JV), has continued to operate safely, and without any Coronavirus (COVID-19) related incident in its operations.

CNL affirms that as a responsible organization, one of the precautionary safeguards it has put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus into its operations is the introduction of a compulsory two-week supervised quarantine for all personnel returning to work at its Escravos Operations during this period of the pandemic.

CNL’s General Manager, Policy, Government and Public Affairs, Esimaje Brikinn explained that the precautionary safeguard enables CNL to provide a controlled environment for very close monitoring of the personnel during the period of the supervised quarantine. He added that in order to make this safeguard effective, all personnel will first be required to provide a comprehensive travel history before they are placed in the supervised quarantine.

Reacting to speculations that CNL quarantined some of its staff suspected of having the Coronavirus in a hotel in Warri, Delta State, Esimaje affirmed that none of CNL’s employees has contracted the COVID-19 virus. He clarified that based on the Coronavirus directive issued by the Federal Government of Nigeria regarding sustained operations in the oil and gas industry, CNL entered into arrangements with some hotels and other facilities in Warri and Lagos where their staff on rotational duties will be accommodated, and their health status monitored to ensure that they do not have the COVID-19 virus before returning to work at its Escravos Operations.

According to him, the first group of personnel scheduled for quarantine were moved to the designated facilities on Friday, April 10, 2020 and other groups will follow based on the crew change schedule and the personnel will be required to strictly maintain social distancing protocols, personal hygiene, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment during the supervised quarantine period. “We are also working with the hotels and other facilities where the personnel will be placed, to ensure that the hotels and facilities maintain high levels of sanitation and follow strict adherence to all COVID 19 protocols,” he stated.

Esimaje declared that at the end of the two-week period, only those who are certified free of the COVID-19 virus shall be moved to Escravos and that anyone with suspected symptoms during the period will be subjected to further testing and subsequently transferred to government designated hospitals for further handling in line with the government approved protocols.

“Chevron continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak around the world and has been utilizing the guidance of local and international health authorities. We are regularly updating our workforce and will continue to adjust plans as appropriate as we receive more information. Our top priority is to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our workforce and their family members, and we are taking precautionary measures to reduce the risk of exposure,” he remarked.
