I don't know if it's Google AI or Algorithm that's doing wonders. As I'm venting my worries on why no financial service has dollar card above $5k, I just surf my LinkedIn and a message came up of a start-up that just enter Y Combinator - Bridge card.
They offer virtual dollar cards of $10k limit.

As regards Geggpay, that means I can't buy a name of $1k at a go.
