First off, France is not under any obligation to shut down any account without first considering if the funds accumulated in IPOB accounts are being used for terrorist activities. Funding of Biafran paraphernalia, rallies and whatnot does not equate to a terrorist act!

Secondly, the FG can easily freeze any recipient account within Nigeria and also block any transfers from the said IPOB accounts via the CBN.

OP I suggest you start from Html, then CSS, then you move to JavaScript. After Js you can learn python.
