I never said she should see him physically did I? She is responsible for her ex's current depressed state and she has to find a way to help bring him out of it else if he does something like commit suicide, she'll have to live with the guilt of being partly responsible for someone's death.

Ordinarily I will never advise anybody to still be in association with their exes but in a situation where attempted suicide is involved, that should be an exception. Your girlfriend should show care and support to her ex right now whilst letting him know she has moved on so he can do the same. She can call him once a while to check on him and/or send him friendly messages. If she knows anywhere he can get counselling, she should help him with that as well.

Not everybody handle break up well. We have seen cases of people drinking poison because their boy/girlfriend broke up with them. Your girl's ex must have invested very much in the relationship and had plans for the future with her only to be dumped like a piece of hot coal. That can make person depressed to the point of being suicidal. Your girlfriend has to be there for him at this point. She has to let him heal a bit before moving on completely.

@Philtrust, to be honest we're yet to get concrete evidence that it was actually Forevermore that duped you. Truly the account number and phone number belongs to fraudster Fidelmalek with numerous alternates. This could have been a case of impersonation. It has happened here several times

@Forevermore, what heightened our suspicion about you was the email you provided has also been used by one of the alternates of the Fidelmalek. It's too much of a coincidence to overlook. I've googled it, it didn't lead me to any freelancing site. I'm still going to make more enquiries regarding that e-mail address before ascertaining if you're guilty or not.

Which number did you chat with or all your communications were through email only? You should have waited for confirmation from the person you quoted. Anybody can claim to be anybody when chatting with you privately, that's why extreme precautionary measures should be carried out before carrying out a transaction on an anonymous platform. This still doesn't vindicate Forevermore though.
