Anything outside this is a travesty .

Justice Omotosho has given October 10 as the date for final ruling on the seven count terrorism and treason charges.

Kanu can not escape that date or force the court to postpone it's final ruling.

But that is just wishful thinking because even if a governor can pardon a federal offender convicted by a federal court, no Governor from the SE including this dwarf will stick their necks out to pardon him.

Kanu's only chance is a pardon from Tinubu when he is on his way out in 2031. Because a northerner will take over for the next 8ys until it returns to the south in 2039!

Kanu is desperately seeking relief through medical quackery outside of the DSS medical team to paint a picture that he is unwell which he seeks to apply for post judgement bail while seeking appeal.

He and his legal team know that the evidence before the court is overwhelming and that only a guilty verdict will arise.

He is now seeking to procure a fake medical report from outside the DSS medical unit which he intends to use in applying for a post judgement bail while appealing his sentence
