As per PDP, as long as Wike is kicking and his G-5 waxing strong , there's no room for Giringori over there .

That leaves ADC which by every permutation is looking like a party formed solely to get Amaechi into Aso Rock. Even Atiku is no longer enthusiastic about ADC and is now considering retiring from aspiring to Aso Rock.

The fact that Giringori is yet to join ADC shows that he knows the party will never give him their ticket and that they are only luring him to pick their nomination form so as to bar him from contesting on another platform.
