The woman also stated that outside court summons which NEXT refused to attend, a police invitation by the Zonal AIG's office was sent to NEXT and served on the property. Will the lawyer for Obi now also claim his client never got a police invite from the AIG ?

The deed of assignment chronicled the history of that property right from Western Nigeria when the land registry was at Ibadan. That was when the last owners sold it. Their predecessor died leaving no will.
