There's no way a notice of eviction from the court won't have been placed on the entrance of the property.

After ignoring it thinking it will just fade away on its own, the real owner then went to court to get an eviction order and enforced it immediately.

There is no appeal period for a squatter . The real owners of the land went to court to seek an eviction order on their said propertyand when they got it they enforced the court's decision in line with the law.

For Obi to be rummaging the site is trespassing and violation of a court eviction order.

The owner must drag this Obi to court for trespassing .
