Only GT bank and Access bank allows international payments USD or Pounds with your naira master card

but goddady don't accept monthly payment

I made used of gt dollar card so I can't say if they have lifted their restriction on dcc . you may also need to have means of verification for hostgator transaction because they will ask you to submit your ID

what did you use during your verification?

we have trashed this issue several times.

First of all put it in the back of your mind that 99.9% of all hosting company in Nigeria are reseller hosting, And believe me Nigeria hosting is the least hosting am gonna consider, still haven't forgotten what smartweb did me.

Although Nigeria hosting is cheap and affordable, I prefer using foreign hosting, for safety and reliability.

I can't sacrifice my business on the alter of patriotism.
