The question reads is it true u.i also used o level grading to admit despite conducting postutme? . The answer is no. Because ui didn't in anyway allocate marks for different O'level grades ( making the O'level completely useless in that process) Because you only need a credit pass in all subjects.
There is clearance I know, which is just the verification of the credentials you posted online for the registration. So?
I'm not being deceived, you're the one being misinformed here!. No matter your grades, ui only sees you O'level as a qualification, even if you want to study law or mbbs, what's expected of you is to have a credit pass in required subjects and that's all.

Learn to read and understand questions before answering, that's the key to examination success.
