There really is no point in hoping for anything in the league - this team lacks the mental focus/strength to carry it through - They will bottle at crucial moments and drop the ball.

The only hope is in a cup competition, meaning primarily the CL, because AW will stubbornly refuse to field a reasonable team in other comps, even for the FA Cup. It's sad, but AW's stubbornness is also his greatest weakness - he refuses to learn from the same mistakes.

I won't even go into what went wrong with y'day's game, there is really no point - we've seen this kind of rubbish all too often. I remember about 2 seasons ago, we did the same rubbish against Spurs, this time at Shyte Lane and they nicked a 1-1 draw from a game virtually lost in the 90+ minute.
