It is posible to split Nigeria. It is even very simple than people think. And no fight go dey there. but here is my question the children from mix marriages, half Igbo, half hausa, half Yoruba, half Tiv,
This is silly, those kids of mixed marriages still have where they call their native home. An igbo man with a yoruba wife has an igbo kids same goes with a yoruba man wite an igbo wife. You authomatically take the home nation of you father cos you don't ansa your mothers name.
toshmann:
the country should not be split. . . . . . . it should be closed down. grin
Like motor park then were will you keep all the agberos may be drive to Ghana or Togo.

Like I said earlier, if obasanjo decides to sleep with mami water, na im business and not anyone elses.

This news of his private life and his wife's sex life could all be just a way of distracting people from focusing on the main issue here that may actually concern us, the source of his alleged $500 million a year income. If he actually makes that much, I believe we ought to get our eyes off his personal life and focus on ensuring that the money or even part of it does not belong to us. If so, get it back, if not. Let them continue their family squabble the way they want while we all move on to better things.
Biggest fool of Niaraland. Shame to you

If you see hockers in greece, spain and italy whats wrong with it?(they pay tax on it for your info) is it illegal? do you prefer them stealling than hocking? i tire for all these Nigeria wey too sabi. They hock to train their folks back home in Uni while you are here writting rubbish. If you are in a white coller job good for you but remember everybody cannot be in office job. Even the oyibos(british)do warehouse jobs, cleaners(both toilets and streets) so what the heck is all this bad belle all about. If you don't have anything doing in nigeria and see the opportunity to come to europe please don't try to think twice but if you are a trader or worker in a good office don't think of coming unless on holidays. Coming to illegals i bet you its only 1% of nigerian came to europe as legal migrant. Illegal will come and get settled one way or the other.

I think British benefit from illegals as they know who is illegal and legal but due to the fact that illegal don't collect their tax return which runs to billions of £ every fiscal year they tend to overlook them. This is only if you are crime free.

@Doncaster. I suppose you do not live in Germany like I do at present. Of course there are illegal immigrants in Germany and there are those who are asylum seekers. Yes, you are given a place to live and given a few Euros a month to live on and they bring foodstuff for you every Wednesday. It doesn't matter if you have a child now (i'm sure that used to be the case) but a friend of mine has 2 kids all born here. The second child is 3 months old. He has a 2 year old daughter, his wife is also an asylum seeker. He's still fighting to get a work/permit permit to provide for his family. By the way he's been here about 5 years too so that throws your argument in the water. He's been told leave but he's appealing the judgement.

@ proo212

Your argument lacks fundation my brother, you can't marry or get kids with illegal and expect the country to give you stay. What i mean by getting kid is to get with a German or a forigner with Residency or German passport. Once you can do that and the your partner confirms that the kid belongs to you your paper is coming out wthin weeks and not months. I still maintain that when you have workd in Germany for 7 years as an asylum seeker your are qualified authomatically for Garman passpor. If you leave in Germany but don't know this please try and widen your horizon to get more info. I don't but i come to Munich every 2 months. Are you aware that they gave some asylum seekers amnesty last year in Germany? try and find out is you are not aware dude.

proo212:
Germany on the hand can also be very frustrating if you do not have a good job. With a good job it's fantastic! I will not advice going to some places in the East (former Eastern Germany). Your safety cannot be guaranteed. I know what I am talking about. These people were more or less locked up for years before the wall came down. It's been 10 years but attitudes will take a while before they change. It doesn't help that the economic miracle promised for the east hasn't happened and there is a lot resentment.
The west is definitely better than the east but at the same time you still cannot hustle per se. The country is very structured and there are checks and balances every 5 minutes. Up until 7-8 years ago, a black man on the street can be and most likely be stopped by the police and 'controlled' (Basically they want to see your papers). I get stopped a few times a year. I was even handcuffed last year because i didn't have anything on me. I dress smartly to work but that didn't mean anything to the police.
You can get away with living in the country illegally but it is extremely difficult getting a work permit. I know a lot of people who have gone back to Nigeria because of the frustration. One is going back next month. After 5 years of nothing to show for it, he's had enough. I feel really sorry for him. There are tons of them like that who are in refugee camps waiting for the police to say their time is up. I would not advice my enemy to come here and disappear. Even the immigration laws are tighter. Now you have to go Nigeria to get married to a German woman that 'loves' you or agrees to marry you for papers. You visa to come back might not be granted. I know, it's happened to people i know.

They were stuck in Nigeria for months before they could come back. When that happens, you have to be married for 5 years before you get a residence permit (formerly 3 years). If the lady decides not to want you anymore after 4 years and 364 days, you get nothing. Besides every year you have to renew for 5 years. Imagine marrying a woman or man that you will never in your wildest dream marry and 'act' for 5 years playing husband and wife
I somehow disagree with some of the things you wrote about Germany. German Assylum system is far more better than UK. I dont think their is any illegal immigrant in Germany cos you must take asylum and once you did that, go to their asylum camp between 1-3 months they will give you a place to leave, pay you monthly, give you foodstuff every wenesday. Coming to getting papers its again easier than UK cos once you get a child in Germany your problem of immigration is almost solved cos they will give you resident permit to look for work and take care of your child. After 5 years you become a permenant resident looking forward for a german passport. Now in Germany if you have worked for 7 good years as an asylum seeker they give you pasport straight away. Good economy, Good environment, Good House, Better transportation system and on time as well. Recist but then you know they are not in UK everybody is recist but pretend to be your friend.
CultureNigerian Women Are Unromantic by doncaster(op): 8:29pm On Nov 11, 2007
Just imagine calling your wify Honny and she call you OGA.
Saw this two couple in london yesterday, at first i don't know they are Nigerians until we enter the same bus. When we were about to enter the man call Honny Honny where is your bus pass and the wify replied Oga its in my handbag. I turned and the woman sensed that i might be a Nigerian on the way i looked at  hear as she said that word OGA. Oviously i thought the man was not her husband until i started talking to them as i know now that they are nigerians. To my greatest suprise both of them are Medical Doctors in Nigeria.
Why are our women be so unromantic.

I have no idea what the heck that you just posted up there has to do with anything. It still remains that considering the evidence, I can not say on my own if she is innocent or guilty and will choose to refrain from pointing accusing fingers at her since I do not have enough evidence to do such at this time. PERIOD!! If you have a hard time understanding what that means, that is your problem but your whole goat analogy there made absolutely no sense to me when it comes to the subject at hand. Simple!!
Dont mind him he is an adent suppoter of all the thiefs we have in Nigerian Govt including OBJ.
