Romance › Re: I Like Her So Much But She Is Not Emotionally Ready. Help Me Out Ladies by DonEvarest(m): 10:49pm On Sep 07, 2018 |
IBBG: lol. why are you crying more than the berieved. so it is only guys that is good to be friendzone and be recieving the short end of the stick. When the same is being dished out to girls, you cry fowl play. For your information most guys became what you claim "fuxtboys", because when they were the good, nice guys, full of emotion and love for the girl they were crushing on, how did the girl repay them? instead the girls repayed them by calling them weak, boring, no swags, not fun to be with and taking them for granted. At the same time falling head and shoulders, drooling for the so called "fuxtboys". Since birds have learnt to fly without perching, the hunters have decided to learn how to shoot without missing. Morever what the girl the op is talking about is looking for is what you termed "fuxtboy". She doesn't want to be hooked, she wants to be free and have fun. So who falls into this category? your guess is as good as mine. So it is simple, the guy can decide to give her what she wants or cut her off completely based on what he wants. There is nothing wrong in what the girl wants, and there is nothing wrong in what the guy wants. The only difference is trying to reach a middle ground between the both of them based on their expectations. Please can I get your whasapp digits or your Email address... I need discuss something with you.. |

Its annoying how many wwould pin point the act to IPOBS without getting their facts right.... This occcured in my area and I can attest that it had nothing to do with Ethnicity, agitatation or IPOB. On the eve of the event, it was gathered that the fire incident recarded no casualty not even any single property belonging to the supposed Inhabitants of the place was burnt in the inferno..... Mind you' most of the adherents of the Moslem worship within the area often sleep in the Mosque, so if it was a reprisal attack from aggrieved Biafrans, why wasn't any recorded caasualty.... Even as at present the Hausa men in my community goes about doing their normal bussiness without any form of assault.... Even they themselves know that the problem was an internal one machanized within but then who will speak up?...... |

sarrki: Was it only south east that military were deployed ?
ipobs are known for preaching hatred, division and propaganda The point remains that deploying NA to such peaceful states under the guise of quelling suspected terrorism, kidnapping, banditory and secession is unconstitutional. The civil force role is usurped. Look at the karnage being inflicted on armless civilians as though human life is no sacred. I'm dazed at some miscreants shouting: "Nigerian unity is Non Negotiable". Which sane democratic country embrace such tyranical ideology. People have right to self determination and any act of repression with regards to that is outside the dictates of democracy and UN Charter. Take it or leave it, Nigeria is not and have never been one. Even the North knows this but pretentiously tries to believe its ones. All for parasitic tendencies. |

Crime › Re: Five Men Who Had Sex With A Woman In Her Husband’s House Jailed For 3 Years Each by DonEvarest(m): 10:14pm On May 02, 2017 |
sisisioge: OK...I didn't know adultery is a jailable offence o Adultery is an offence under the Penal Code which is attributed to the North only. While in the South which uses the Criminal Code there is no written law pronouncing adultery as a crime. So a Muslim who commits adultery has commited a crime while such act by a Southerner is never penalized by the law in line with the principle of "nullum crimen sine lege, nullum poena sine lege". |

Mutuwa: So what do you think has been happening all this while? Is it now that NJC woke up from their slumber?
Anyways whosoever has the final say (Judge) is the boss. The lawyer can only appeal,or accept the court ruling and or judgement. So he is neither a triffle nor a strong holder,he is simply at the mercy of the court,in some cases, even on the face of glaring evidence. And what does that depict our Judicial system to be?. A sector that has lost its glory. Where judgement can be compromised. Indeed this negates the saying that "The Law Court is the Last Hope of the Common Man". Be that as it may, I still believe that judgement in a law court is reached via synergy of the Judges and Jury ceterus peribus. Though the Judges have the final say in the proceeding they ought to show transparency in their verdict. Thanks bro! |
Politics › Re: Laurentia Laraba Mallam And Her Husband Kidnapped In Kaduna by DonEvarest(m): 3:09pm On Oct 04, 2016 |
Hmmm. Nigeria is really in mess. Many say that though the kidnapping trend is bad, the perpetrators dish it out on the right people--- the ruling elites. But from the way I see this it would lead us to dead end. I fear for the probable inclusion of "KIDNAPPING COMPENSATION INFRASTRUCTURE" come our next national budget. |

Family › Re: The Benefits Of Having A Family Lawyer by DonEvarest(m): 2:41pm On Oct 04, 2016 |
Mutuwa: All Judges are trained lawyers mind you,but even amongst them he the judge is a more greater lawyer. He has absolute discretion whether the lawyer adumbrates all the Law in this world.
The judge in his wisdom would just have to make the lawyer see things from his own side, after which he may either appeal or keep shut and flow with a persuasive judgment. All judges are experienced lawyers, no doubt about that. But does a judge has the temerity to rule against one whose fact supposedly should favor his ciient? That would amount to abuse of prerogative and attracts penalty. Besides the attaiment of the "Justice cadre" must have a start. Being a lawyer serving as the take off. So take Counsels not as triffles. |
Family › Re: The Benefits Of Having A Family Lawyer by DonEvarest(m): 12:34pm On Oct 04, 2016 |
Mutuwa: And who has the absolute discretion to decide on the lawyers verdict? The verdict to be taken is culled up from who's fact? The lawyers. The defensive role they play to their clients alone proves them to be knowlegeable in law. A judge can't rule against one if the facts provided, evidently favours one, lest he be charged of pervasion. Mind you, a Judge does not act on solitary ground in dispatch of verdict rather acts on facts provided and also with the aid of the gentle members of the jury. So stop overhyping the authority of the judges. |
Family › Re: The Benefits Of Having A Family Lawyer by DonEvarest(m): 8:01am On Oct 04, 2016 |
Mutuwa: Agree they do.But who instigates a criminal proceeding which is more attention calling in Nigeria, then a civil one?The police. He will have to go his way to avoid his family member from reaching the court.
The Magistrate/judge has the discretion to simplify his family member bail,or strike out the case,if it gets to the court.
The military will always have a role to play as well.
Don't forget that a lawyer is not a person that knows the Law,but knows where to find the Law.It is for the court to know the Law and the lawyer can only appeal or keep mute if the ruling and judgment of the court twists to the other side.
He may have his day like you rightly put,but I would prefer my aforementioned professionals. And who told you that a Lawyer is not he who knows the law? Mind you the attainment of the title legal counsel involves exensive studies of the Law. That's why they are addressed as "Learned Gentlemen". Any cousel that is ignorant of the law is then no certified lawyer. Upon violation of the law, lawyers' verdict are formidable because they are assumed to know thn law by the general public. |
