One major difference is in the camera. CX has 16MP front & back cameras while CX air has 13MP

Then CX Air is more cost effective. 65k and 49k for 16mp and 13mp camera respectively.

The most important aspect of mobile phones has been left out and that's the processing power.
Personally I can't stand Phones with Mediatek Processors. Examples
We keep hearing Infinix, TECNO and others are making cheaper high end phones with 4gb RAM, batteries higher than 3000mAh and fingerprint scanners. But this same phones can't hold apps in memory.
Conclusion
Phone has to have a good processing power, snapdragon I mean.

Must it be Snapdragon? Samsung's Exynos is equally capable and atimes better.

Unless they're using charms, otherwise I won't fall for this particular trick cos I've heard so much about it and it even happened to my friend in 2011.

I was looking for a good perfume that can last at least from morning till night and not so expensive, so a friend suggested Brown Orchid which I bought with a staggering N3500; I won't say I was disappointed completely but I'm actually completely disappointed because the scent didnt last as long as I would've wanted. For that price I should get a perfume like that Britney Spears' song 'Perfume' where when I walk past them ladies I'll hope they smell my perfume.
Pls suggest good perfume(s) not more than 5k.

U didn't mention screen size, if you're ok with 5" then I suggest J5 prime, but u may have to add few more thousands to your budget.

Actually, our priorities differ. In my line of work (Real estate), a top-notch phone with uninterrupted data is very essential. This is because, urgent assignments can be concluded on the phone and on-the-go. So, buying a phone of 30K is not a luxury, but a priority.

As for your building, I respect your decision, but our tastes and priorities differ. I'll rather use 30K to buy a phone that would fetch me 30M than use the money to build a house in a forgotten part of the city.
