Good points. However, it's fair to say that the bad eggs amongst us have far outnumbered the good.

We are now in a situation where by 3 out of 5 youths now glorify cybercrime and see it as a way of life. In almost all universities in the country, you see group of boys forming a nest of cybercriminal activities.

The likes of hushpuppi, months, woodberry etc were all seen as celebrities despite everyone knowing that these were yahoo boys.

The difference between us and other Societies is how we have embraced these criminals. In other countries, you can't be publicly boasting about being a yahoo boy but you come to Nigeria and you see the likes of seankafor proudly wearing his badge of criminality, believing that people will cheer him on and looking down on those who don't as "poor".
