Yeah, but you must have their resident permit. Some embassy will require more 3 or 6 months from the date the permit was issued.
If any one is interested in Senegal Germany embassy the person should reach me

Third person declaration is also known as sponsorship letter.... it's accepted by the embassy

I have been having online lectures with full participation as well as presenting findings using WebEx. Try the app. Nigeria situation with AD is rather unfortunately. However, there's still restrictions in Germany. Most states in Germany will be locked down soonest for another month. Let us keep praying. All is well!
