@Abubanty,

Do yourself a favour by reading back. We are here on daily basis but can't continue answering questions already answered many times again and again. That's why most times, it seems people don't want to answer.

I read this thread from Thread 1 Page 0 when I joined in January and have been following till date.

I did my interview on 18.09.2017. If you can go back some few pages, you will see my full visa interview transcript on the said date.

Goodluck as you make it to Deutschland. grin grin

@Hayor4real,

You can use library card, baptism card or vaccination card for biological old documents. Also, any other document older than 5 years issued by any authority containing your full name will be accepted.

@Brianmandy,

Email the embassy again.
Travel / Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by donkafor(m): 7:15am On Oct 11, 2017
@eddiemei,

They'll respond to your mail. Please, kindly be patient. If no response yet, send another email tomorrow.

@Brianmandy,

Mail the embassy requesting the status of your application. Also, request for enrollment extension from your school. Embassy might request for it after you mailed them.

@chidi4eze,

Sorry about that. At first, why BSc when you already have one? Is it in same field?

You didn't convince the VO why you need another BSc. You should have explained that in your motivation letter and also when asked why this program?

The mistake is already done.

My advice is apply for any MSc, get admission, get your visa and you can change school on arrival.

Dankeschön grin

Please, kindly share your profile so you can be advised. No one will advise you without knowing your full profile. This includes the school you are going to, undergraduate course of study, intended course of study et al.

@Immafrank,

All the 13 pages make up 1 set of documents. Make it up to 3 sets as suggested by @neccki. Please, make sure you go with evidence of university applications if you are going to Lagos consulate. Abuja might overlook it but Lagos don't.

@Evabee,

Congratulations, go to Deutschland and succeed. grin

@hrmdesk,

Track your documents to know the location. If it's not trackable, mail the embassy. It's already more than seven days.

@1neboss,

There's no shortcut here. You must certify different sets of documents and send to different schools.
Travel / Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by donkafor(m): 1:52pm On Oct 09, 2017
@Jones500,

You have to book appointment for certification online.

It's free for the first 3 sets of documents. Additional documents are charged.

See attached pdf for guidelines.

@Immafrank,

That's what you will be told by some DHL officers because they wanna generate revenue. It happened to me the first time I sent my docs to TUM and I spent 18,300. When I got the info, I insisted on student discount and I was given twice at two different locations.

@Bhydemi,

Contact someone in Germany to help you pay. That's the best and easiest way.

@chaps1124,

You can use statement of result and transcript to apply.

You will block 8640€.

@Jigba,

Thanks for the advice you give to @Mirastones. That's exactly my thought.

@Mirastones,

Go to NOUN, that's the easiest way to get year one transcript.

@Blackanada,

You can use DHL for 11,500 with student discount.

Remember to ask them for student discount.

You can also team up with other students and share the 11,500. I did this like twice. grin grin grin

No disadvantage in using High Court for certification but try to check your school requirement as some schools don't accept certifications without seal as mere rubber stamp is not sufficient.

@lawlandc,

Get a letter from your school registrar as suggested. Also, you can mail your course coordinator to know if the letter will be accepted.

@Mirastones,

It should be around November or December. Keep checking the consulate's website for more information.

@lolokike,

Nobody will tell you whether to apply through uniassist or through university. Check your program requirement. Application procedure will be boldly written there.

Also, you can write your program coordinator that you want to use letter from your registrar that your undergraduate was fully taught in English. If accepted, you will be notified.
